I ordered a dairy free smoothie for my daughter who has a severe milk allergy. I stressed the fact that my daughter has a dairy allergy. I watched as they used a clear pitcher labeled "Dairy" as opposed to "Non-dairy" to mix her drink. When I asked, they assured me that the pitcher was just cleaned. When my daughter took 1 sip, she immediately had a severe reaction. We spent an hour in the bathroom while she vomited. After her medication took effect we came out and I asked the worker what was in the smoothie. "Whey" she said (which is 100% dairy protein). I told her what happened and she just blinked. I asked if I could have my money back. No "Im sorry" or anything. It took a year before I came back again. This time, I ordered an iced coffee - black for my daughter. I told the worker that last time, they were careless and I almost had to hospitalize my daugher. I asked that she please inform whoever is making the drink to be careful. When I picked up the drink, I asked that worker if she was made aware of the food allergy. "No" she said. Ive ordered coffee from other establishments without a problems. They dont give me an attitude when I ask that they be carefull.

I went there last week. Waiting on the drive thru for about 25 minutes. I ordered marshmallow(rice crispy) and a strawberry refresher. Once I got to the window 25 minutes later the guy told me he was out of everything that I asked for and never even asked if I wanted something else. A total wait of time. I went there the other day and I ordered the same thing and my boyfriend ordered the black berry refresher. I also waited 15 to 20 mins on drivethru. There was only one car in front of me. I got to the window paid for my stuff and he only gave me the drinks so I asked where was the marshmallows and he said I only have the flavor you dont want. To my understanding there is only one type of marshmallow that is sold at starbucks. So I left because I was already waiting for 30 minutes at this point. I love Starbucks and truly upset with the customer service that was provided those days and sadly to say i will not be returning back to that Starbucks ever again. I will continue to go to the one in menlo park macys.

I rarely go to this Starbucks but today I decided to go. They are usually very fast and my drinks are always delicious. However today I came got a chai latte hot and right before I was leaving the parking lot I decided to taste it and it taste like hot water and Allman milk so I went back inside and ask them to remake it which took forever. I noticed they were training a new worker and she was the one who made me drink and she was the one who fixed it. Once I got my second chai latte I tasted it and it finally tasted like a chill out day however it did not have any of the frosted almond milk which was very disappointing considering they charge me like five bucks for a drink alone. I didnt want to complain a third time so I just was fed up so Im honestly kind of upset from experience today. I feel if theres a new trainees making your drinks maybe someone else to fix it.

By far the worst, most unorganized Starbucks Ive ever been to. 28 minutes (and still waiting!) now to get a latte because the drive thru attendant was only greeting every other car. There are three cars waiting at the end of your patio for drinks. If I didnt already pay I would have left already. Now Im going to be late to a meeting thats an hour away. If it werent for the convenience of this location, I would have stopped coming a long time ago. The only employee that theres never have an issue with is the young man Sam that works evenings and is always pleasant and gets my order in every time. Hes got it down and he has great customer service.

This was my second visit to East Brunswick Starbucks, and unfortunately, for the second time the store was not even close to what a rational person would call clean. Although the line moves quickly when placing your order, receiving it is a completely different story. After waiting for quite some time for an ice coffee, black, I asked one of the baristas about it. It seems my coffee was placed by the drive through window for pickup. Why, I dont know, but had I not asked about it, I probably wouldve never received it. Being an avid Starbucks supporter, this site is one I will pass by in the future.

Depending on who you talk to, 9 times out of ten you get someone in a bad mood. I always get the same thing at any starbucks and ONLY at this location it is never made right. One time out of the hundred times ive been here had it been made right. Its the closest one to me.. so i keep returning hoping the mystery person who made it right will do it again. I have called corporate asked to speak to managers it never changes the outcome :/ the drive thru takes about 20 minutes bc they are always so slow! It is so dirty inside i rather wait the 20 mins in yhr car then go inside in the filth.

All too often when I visit this Starbucks my drink order is incorrect. Unfortunately, even when it is correct it tastes more like Dunkin (watered down and weak). The service is consistently slow, the trash is often full or overflowing, and the staff always seems overwhelmed. We keep trying this Starbucks because at one point it was great, but I just cant continue giving them our business anymore. Very disappointed. Excited that there is a Starbucks opening down the road.... well take our business there.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever used in my life. I spend close to $25 on beverages and food everyday from starbucks and UNFORTUNATELY from this location. In spite of the fact that I spell out my order and my drink (which I understand is sometimes hard to understand and communicate especially it is so busy) but to get it wrong at least once a week consistently for the past 3 to 4 months is amazing. Unless the turnover at this starbucks must be much greater than any other starbucks in the region.

Not happy at all. I went thru the drive thru to get my free Birthtday drink, I tried a new flavor it tasted horrible! Just tasted like water ice! No flavor! And they didnt even fill it up all the way. I know its a free Birthday drink but it should me made correctly and at least fill it up! And on top of it I waited a long time for nothing! I wont be going back to this Starbucks anymore. Save yourself the trip!
