The quality of food here is really good, and thats what kept me coming back, but the terrible service has finally beaten me down to the point where I wont be returning. Multiple occasions Ive been in for lunch with only 1-2 other customers there, and it has taken me over an hour to get in and out. Multiple times a server has approached the table next to me to deliver food take drink orders, etc... and didnt even acknowledge my presence. At my last trip I waited for 20 minutes to get change after the check had been brought to the table, and I finally was sick of waiting so I brought it to the counter myself. This place is in desperate need of some new management.

After ordering a delivery pizza from them every Wed for a year and going there many Sundays for dinner we were disappointed to be told this week they could no longer drive it the 2/10ths of a mile to us unless we wanted to pay another $2.50 on top of the service charge we were already paying. All I can say is business must be good if you cant deliver a pizza for $17.50 to the Mall across the street from you. We are going to miss you and you are going to miss the $1800-$2000 we were spending with you a year. We wont be back.

Have been going there for 4 years and have thier menus in our rental properties. Never overly impressed but they are a local option - till now. Ordered a large chicken sub in a pocket and paid almost $9. There was not enough chicken to make a small sub. Way, way overpriced. Will be taking thier menus out of all properties. Never again!

God awful!! Pasta was mush amd the owner argued with me about it. Welwyn you can tell the difference between melted mozzarella amd ziti, the pasta sucks! Will never return and will go out of my way to tell others not to as well. Gordon Ramsey would have a field day here but Im guessing this low talent owner likes it this way.

Its hand tossed, homemade, and one damn good pizza. The Honey Dijon is the best pizza around by far! Yea the people there make mistakes, but if you tell them about it nicely chances are they will fix it without a problem, and give you a good deal. The subs are pricey, as is most of the menu, but the pizza is worth it!

It was very horrible paid 37.21 for steak and cheese calzone which was cold small fried mushrooms which were also. Cold plus they messed up on my wifes salad and gave us attitude over the phone to when they realize they forgot to write it down. What she wanted on it. Horrible and expensive never ever again

A pizza from Upper Crust is really a treat for me as I am in love with their sauce & crust. They dont skimp on the toppings also so I really feel like Im getting my moneys worth. I have never had a bad experience and look forward to continue business with the new owners.

Upper Crust Pizza is delicious! Its not cheap, but theres not many options for good pizza around here, so you have to pay for it. Its our favorite pizza place! *Hint: The Chicken Broccoli Alfredo pizza is A-MAZING!*

Salads and pasta dishes are particularly good, and thats from a non-salad person. Service is prompt and friendly. Easy access from 93, 3 and the Outlet Mall. Very reasonably priced too.

The chicken parm is terrible. Very few small pieces of frozen cut up chicken. Cant even eat the pasta because they dont put any sauce on it.
