I have been to this Harringbone several times. I couldnt wait to come back and bring my family and friends. The Orange Chocolate Chip pancakes are my absolute favorite! After visiting this past weekend, Harringbone, in my opinion, had an epic fail. Now, on weekends your only option is a "pre fixe" menu. Limited options at a fixed cost, plus you have to get up and serve yourself - buffet style. No thank you. No Orange Chocolate Chip pancakes here either unless you sit at the bar. We decided to stay because I had raved about the pancakes for weeks prior to our trip. We took our seats at the bar...there were four of us, so not the experience I was looking for. Speaking of change, where was the chocolate covered bacon that usually was on top of the pancakes? Gone. My husband also noticed his favorite item missing from the menu. Ive been to "pre fixe" brunches in Vegas before and loved the experience, but it doesnt work for Harringbone. There were roller carts scattered throughout the restaurant for the "buffet - style" brunch. If I wanted the buffet I would have walked the ten steps to the Aria buffet, which is literally right next door or saved my UBER money we spent to drive over just to go to Harringbone.

A refreshingly slow pace and friendly atmosphere in the otherwise high-stress, fast paced, uncaring world of the Las Vegas strip. Our brunch on a Sunday morning was fantastic: well made cocktails (we had the endless Bellinis and the bloody Marys), delicious raw bar selections - seriously, get the the tuna poke, you wont find better outside of Hawaii - and massive portions for entrees (if you order the pancakes or the chilaquiles you had better be a very hungry pro-linebacker). Our server (Jenna) was amazing, with recommendations when we needed them and just the right amount of attentiveness. Christian also checked in with us, and I watched him moving throughout the restauarant ensuring every table had personal attention and no issues with their meal. A great experience, wonderful food, and a refreshingly attentive and caring staff make this an excellent choice.

We chose this restaurant due to the great reviews. My friend came to Vegas for a conference and was staying at the Cosmopolitan across the street/bridge. The place was surprisingly empty comparing to the buffet next door. The main courses ranges between $50 and $60. We went with the sea bass, grilled fish (cant remember the name, but it was the 1st item on the list), and Filet Mignon. Both of the seafood dishes were excellent. My wife was very surprised that the whole fish has no bone. They did some kind of magic trick taking the bones out. The Filet Mignon was nicely done and tender. It is a great restaurant to eat in not only for the food but also for the ambience. We were able to carry out conversation without having to shout. The service was also excellent. Well worth the money.

Came here for lunch - Ive seen and heard brunch and dinner are great so I figured Id try the lunch menu. The prices here for lunch are basically entree dinner prices at other places (if youre from out of town).. but for it being on the strip, in aria - Id say its to be expected. With that being said - I split the fish tacos, ceviche, and ahi poke with one other person and Id say.. for two avid fish eaters this was a decent spread. Id say its a 4/5 lunch spot.. the dishes were quite good and the place is quite nice.. but I think thats where Id leave it. Quite good.. I would come back again but there are many other restaurants to try in city center.

My daughter and I went for lunch today for the second time. We enjoyed the patio the first time and wanted to try it again. Unfortunately the service today was very poor. He was very inattentive and seemed unhappy to be there. I asked if they could turn the fans and misters on because they really made the patio comfortable last time. I was told they come on automatically and nothing could be done. It was 12:30 and 100 plus degrees. When you are paying over $150.00 for lunch one would expect more. On a pleasant note the food was very good. Unfortunately I will never go back. There are many good options in town that believe in customer satisfaction

Great bartenders, chatty, friendly, prompt. Ordered grilled octopus, lobster mac and cheese, and whole branzino ceviche. Ceviche was amazing! Great flavors of peppers, olive oil, salsa verde. Grilled octopus was a bit too charred but was still tender, not over cooked. Mac and cheese was ok. Nice flavors, a bit rich. Pasta a bit under done. Cocktails were nicely done, balanced.

We sat outside which was really nice even though it was December. They had the heaters on which actually made it too hot at times, but they were happy to turn them down. The food was very tasty but the portions were dainty for the price. Thats Las Vegas for you. We had the egg yolk pasta and the crab cake eggs Benedict. Beverages were most pricey as well for a brunch.

Great vibe...kind of New England seaside. Stopped by for a snack and cocktails. Had the Poke and Truffle fries, both were delicious and Id head back in a heartbeat to eat them again! Staff was friendly and the uniforms are slick...guys with navy checkered shirts and vests with blue jeans, the girls in nice fitted navy dresses. I didnt have dinner, but hope to soon.

Had dinner after attending a trade show. Everything about this place was spot on. An outdoor seating area is hard to find in Vegas let alone a comfortable one! One of the managers, Oliver was attentive and so incredibly genuine (something also hard to find in Vegas) Hope this restaurant is around to stay because we will definitely be back!

The food here is some of the best that you can get at the Aria just be prepared to pay a premium for it. The salmon, scallops, and along with the sides were prepared perfectly. The atmosphere great and the wait staff is very attentive. If you are staying in the Aria or in Vegas you should visit at least once before you leave.

The Herringbone was our one must do restaurant this trip. Wed review after review and had their menu memorized. We arrived at 3:04 to find that only an extremely limited and uninteresting menu is available between 3-5pm. There is no mention of this on their website. Extremely disappointing.

Great experience. Food was excellent, portions were perfect for a fine dining restaurant. An appetizer, two entrees and a side left my wife and I full and happy for a bit over $100. Ambiance and service were excellent, but get your details on those elsewhere. Were all about the food!

It was so good the first time I went back again. Usually places dont hold up the 2nd time but this one exceeded. Try the Bugey sidecar cocktail and get a leisure seating table. Its a good time with good quality food where the chefs have coaxed out every bit if wonderful flavors.

I work for a company called Pick On Us. I took my client to this location for scallops. They were devine. The General Manager Christian does a great job with the front of house staff and kudos to the chefs.
