I have been going to San Pedro for many years, I have seen it change from a awesome restaurant to one that is mediocre and back. My favorite meal is the "Acapulco with chicken" by far one of the best. It has gone through many changes as well, starting off at around $7.00 in the beginning to just over $10.00 now (but it has alot of veggies so I love it) but it just goes to show how things change over time, including the style of the restaurant. Lately San Pedro has become much like it was in the beginning, simply fun, fast and delicious. The chips are amazing and the salsa in which they are paired with is refrigerated and is hard to quit with one bowl (luckily they will keep bringing out as much as you want!). I usually go with my family, and with 13 individuals one would think the time would be horrible, however, we were eating within 20 minutes of sitting down (with 6-8 mins of deciding what to eat/ordering). If you like Mexican food, especially authentic, you will love San Pedro!

The food was good. The wait staff was...confused? We were seated & served by committee, meaning we had about 3 or 4 different people bringing stuff and taking orders because apparently our waitress was a bit overbooked table-wise. We were given food for other tables and then glared at for accepting it while we tried to figure out what exactly was going on. But, the food was good, the price is right, so thats something--just might want to make some notes of your own what food you ordered and be ready to point to another table when it arrives to make sure you dont upset some waiters evening.

Went there on out way home from a trip. I was expecting much better service and food. With the 4 star rating this place had I am very disappointed. The chips and salsa are nothing but ordinary. The tacos I can get the sizes given and taste from taco bell. There was hardly any meet in the taco. Hardly any rice and beans. Ive been to elbees and Fernandos and they fill their tacos full and fill their plates full with rice and beans. They arent afraid to feed their customers. The margaritas were OK. But I can get better and elbees.

The Mexican food here is very authentic. They have a lot of really neat entrees as well as the traditional fare that you would expect from a Mexican Restaurant. The lunch menu is really reasonably priced and the food is delicious. The waiters, despite the lack of fluent English, provide quick and excellent service. Ive never been disappointed going here. If I had to make one complaint, it would probably be the cramped parking, but it is well worth it for the delicious food at great prices.

I absolutely love the food here. If you like good Mexican food, and enjoy large portions, this place will surely satisfy. My suggestion is to bypass the more common enchiladas, burritos and fajitas and instead opt for one of he many other menu items you are not apt to find in other Mexican restaurants. The shrimp dishes are always a good choice. Service is always incredibly fast.

The food was good with the highlight being the salsa that came with the chips. I did ask for a side of hot sauce and what they brought me was milder than what I already had. The service was incredible and very accommodating. I will give this place another try. Hopefully the food will be better and we just caught them on an off night.

We stopped here on a whim and were happy we did. Our server had a hilarious attitude and sense of humor. The food was OK, nothing special, but the server made our experience wonderful. When back in the area, I dont think we will hesitate to come back and enjoy ourselves again.

San Pedro is our local Mexican restaurant of choice. Food generally comes out very promptly at lunch. Service is generally a little lacking, but the food is great and my husband just loves their chips and salsa.

Delicious food, reasonable prices. Atmosphere is noisy when its crowded, so dont expect to have a quiet conversation on a Friday or Saturday night, but the food is well worth it.
