The barista was Sara. Sunday, January 18th. She was very slow and I watched her drop shots and let them sit for well over a minute while she opened a container of soy, poured it into the pitcher then steam it before she added the shots into the drink. The drink was terrible. Tasted burnt and was not drinkable. Very dissatisfied. Also, if they have 4-5 people working, why do they have two cashiers but only one barista on a machine. Makes people have to wait way too long to get their drink. It seems to me it would be better to have 2 baristas and 1 cashier.

My wife comes here every Saturday and they get her order wrong most of the time. We all came here today. My wife, my daughter and I. They got 1 out of 3 orders right. My daughter has an allergy to dairy. Fail. I paid extra for coconut milk and they forgot to put it in. Fail. The peoples attitudes meet expectations but just. They fixed it but when you pay 60 cents more for coconut milk you should probably make sure its right. The order taker was a teenager that didnt care that she made the mistakes.

The staff remains pleasant and helpful. But that is all that is left of what was vibrant community-oriented coffee house. The new location has bad lighting, bad acoustics and unwelcoming seating. Altogether an arrangement that says " Why dont you just use the drive-through?".

Staff is always incredibly nice. I come in to work on papers for class around once a week or more, and I have tried a different drink each time. I have never been disappointed. Plus! they have free Wi-fi. Who doesnt love free wi-fi?

Staff is awesome and fun. However, if there are more than 3 people connected to the wifi its as fast as pouring frozen molasses. This is the Last time I come here to study. I hope it improves over the next few months.

Nice environment with friendly staff. I sometimes stop in to study or read a book while drinking an iced tea or a frappuccino. Will be relocating to Antioch Crossing at the end of this month.
