No longer on my cell or fridge - I was very disappointed & angry over the service & food I had delivered last night. Until that event, I was willing to accept the delivery drivers who have been either unsociable, ill-mannered, disoriented like they were high, or very "different" because their "crab rangoon is to die for".But with the latest order, I waited 1 1/2 hrs. for my delivery - a small order. It was after 8pm - thats not rush hour. The driver didnt even leave the store until an hour had passed (I checked on my order). When he arrived, he violated my privacy by telling strangers my name. Most of the food was cold & the main dish was scarcely warm & the chicken was dried out, stale (as I found out later).He said it took him 30min. to deliver everything - I guess mine was last! I called to speak to the manager & the receptionist was rude & argumentative. The mgr. gave me a list of excuses. I said I didnt feel I should have to pay for such poor service & cold food. He told me if I didnt pay, someone would come to get my food!! I am not in the custom of trying to cheat restaurants - I was shocked he would say something like that esp. because he used a very intimidating voice. In a sit-down restaurant, the meal would have been re-ordered &/or free.

Rude and unprofessional + the food is disgusting. I walked in about 10 minutes after they opened (11:10 am) and I was ignored for 7 whole minutes before anyone acknowledged me standing there. They just kept talking to each other in their language/ native tongue. Finally the woman at the counter asked, "Can I help you?" No hi or hello, just can she help me. I asked about a substitution then I just walked out without ordering. Their food is nasty anyway, I ate there when they first opened because they put their menu on our doorknobs in the neighborhood with coupons inside. The food was horrible. I was skeptical that day I was ignored but I was right there & I was craving vegetables. I will NOT be going back.

Okay so the people on here thats giving this restaurant a five star either 1)they are workers 2)they dont know what good fried rice is supposed to taste like. Their rice & lo mein noodles, crab rangoon is disgusting. the only thing that I have attempted to order from this place that was decent was the fried shrimp egg rolls. This place is nasty and the food is worse and they have a nerve to have a tip jar on the counter. PLEASE

This food is awful. Especially when They open. I had a coworker pick me up something around lunch and when I got it the rice had a nasty smell to it and the wontons were Im pretty sure was rewarmed from Saturday. They were not fresh @ all. I will not be ordering from them ever again. Dont waste your money. I dont know Why they think they can just serve anything just trifling.

Fried chicken is good. Lo mein is good. Fried rice is not good at all. Need to change the mop water because restaurant smells at time from.mopping with old water.Young black cashier is very nice

Ive eating here twice once when they open and then 8 months later food was awful...my noodles taste like raw shrimp and had funny smell. A waste of my hard earn coin. ..no more!!!!

I order hotwings and fried rice. Went to family dollar came back and they were using a broom to sweep and mop the ovens with. OVER MY FOOD.
