Went on a Saturday for dinner they were already out of most of menu items my chicken was overdone and dry my girlfriend was still Half raw was going to get a bottle of water luckily I use the restroom first to find the bottled water stored in the mens Room when we complained about the chicken we were told thats just how it was served and would not replace it. Did not know That barbecue sauces or on the side that is the reason I do not go to bandannas I prefer my barbecue sauce cooked on my barbecue the way God intended!!! Only had one kind of dessert left all the other window sill pies were sold out menuu prices were reasonable for over cooked or raw barbecue !! Definitely would not recommend I will not be back!!!!!!!

My husband and I just came from there Sunday for lunch, very disappointed. Table was dirty, young college or highschool kid was our waiter, only one young kid making our order, never got order correct after sending it back twice. Everything was cold and very dry, I got pulled pork, and onion straws, all cold. My husband got turkey Cobb, after messing up order first time just like mine, second wasnt any better. We hated to pay for something that was sub standard, but we did, but will never go back! Extremely Dissatisfied!

Thank you Windowsill BBQ for a catering a wonderful end of the season volleyball banquet for the Lafayette Lancers. The food arrived fresh, warm, moist and delicious. The salad was a huge hit, the dressing is a not too sweet complement to the greens and pecans. The chicken had a great smoked flavor and pulled pork is always melt in your mouth. Also I never have to worry about having enough food for all from you guys. Thanks again and keep up the great work.

I called at 6pm on a Sunday and they "are out of ribs"......... whether they had a good day or not, i thought they were a rib place..so im confused as to why they wouldnt be fully stocked with meat for the weekend? Talk about turning away paying customers. Very disappointing.

Wow!!! Been there once for breakfast and once for dinner. I felt like we were cheating as there was not a line out the door. Im a huge fan of diners, dives, and drive ins - my advice is to go there before it gets put on the show. This is a hidden gem.

Love the BBQ at this restaurant. BBQ is near and dear to my heart and this is some of the best I have had in the St Louis area. My favorites are pulled pork and racks of ribs. You will not be disappointed.

During Lent they have a wonderful crab boil. I love that one of the owners sat us and waited on us. Very cozy place. I love the tables and chairs. This restaurant makes you feel like you are right at home.

Very disappointed!!!!! They were out of everything and what I had to order was terrible and it made me sick. Needless to say, I wont be back and, if youre smart, you wont waste your time or money.

Just had their half chicken, and must say, the best Ive ever eaten. Juicy, sweet, smoke to the bone...Outstanding! So far, nothing but excellent on all my visits. Add it to your list!

The ribs were good. Lost a star because they were out of brisket. Service was good. Atmosphere was great: quiet, great music that wasnt so loud you couldnt hear conversations. Well go back.

when we got home with our carryout, the french fries had been left out of the order. the ribs were cold, and we threw the coleslaw away. not happy with the food.
