It is unacceptable to come to Penn Station in the Chesterfield Valley and there are NO FRIES.... not that it would be a short wait, no I was unable to purchase them because the evening shift was not prepared.... I have NEVER heard of such a thing.... thats like Pizza Hut not having any pepperoni for there pizza..... Then the workers blamed it on the morning shift and the afternoon rush... Who manages this location... OMG, HORRIBLE......

Manager took our order and was fast, impatient, and rude. The food had little taste and was $21 for two people. Good grief I could have made 15 sandwiches at home for that price. Another thing that bugged me was a worker had some friends hanging out in the booth and did very little work while he talked to them. And finally it was dirty.

I went in one 2 different days and ordered the same sandwich each time. An 8 inch club with no honey mustard. The first time I got a 6 inch club and the second time they didnt give me any of the veggies that come with the club, just meat. Clearly someone doesnt listen, or doesnt pay attention to the order.
