The service was awful! We ordered bottle beer and it took over 20 minutes for the waitress to bring it to our table. Once we got the beer it was really warm! The waitress charged us the wrong amount. The manager then came over and said she would take care of it so she charged us the correct amount. Later found out we were charged twice. When we called about being charged twice the manager said we would have to talk to the owners. The owners were never there so we were never able to talk to them. The manager then said the owners would call us but they never did. Thanks to our bank we got the issue resolved. The waitress also appeared to be under the influence of some type of drug (or she was just really dumb.) Its a shame this business is going down hill!

In 2007, this place wouldve been packed, with people waiting at 6pm on a Sunday eve. Within that year - they remodeled somewhat, and also remodeled the menu. Ive been there twice since the remodel. Both times, around 6pm. Both times, from 4 to 6 tables being used. You can tell the locals have quit going there. Our family had eaten there in 2007 for around $20-25 total. Now, a meal for 3 similar/same as before cost $43! Food was no better (actually, wings were not even hot - slightly warm) and service was so-so. Ownership should get a clue theyve destroyed what was once a destination restaurant and turned it into one to avoid.

Went to Case and Bucks for dinner tonight. Our server was very nice and efficient. We had an Entertainment Book coupon which the server said management refused to take because it had recently changed hands. When I pointed out that there was no warning sign that they would no longer honor it she had no response. I told her that we would not return and were surprised that the owner/manager made no attempt to "save the day". Obviously we were disappointed.

Had the pizza, wings, ravioli, salad special. Figure this was a good sampling of the food. Wings were ok as was the ravioli. Pizza and salad were minimally appetizing. Pizza lacked enough but had lots of cheese, crust kinda cardboardy like. Salad, iceberg lettuce with same cheese from pizza, large salad with a few cucumbers and tomatoes and onions. Onions had flavor everything else in salad really did not. Waitress attentive and friendly.

Worst service ever. They had less than 10 customers and we waited 15 minutes to be seated. Then was told they wont honor happy hour when it was 6:03 when we placed our order bc our waitress was in the back. Then she yelled arguing with me bc i told her they should honor it due to her not seating people promptly. She then lied when her manager asked what was going. Rude service. Bad manners. Very unprofessional. DONT COME HERE

This used to be one of our favorite places to go but the past three times have been awful. They served us 5 pounds of there case and buck wings with about 2 tablespoons of hot sauce, the service has been awful. They have changed several of the menu items we liked. Tonight they brought out separated hot sauce that tasted nothing like what is used to. We are done here and will not be going back.

If I could give zero stars, I would. From the waitress exclaiming that she was held up in the bathroom, all the way to the terrible margaritas these tasted like sweat. The table was dirty and sticky, and we were waiting 45 minutes before finally deciding to leave. Oh and our buddy Bob-the-smashed-fly-on-the-window was a hoot.

The worst experience ever. We waited 45 minutes for our food. Then they brought out our appetizer and salad with our dinner. And on all appetizer came out 2 breaded mushrooms. We asked to talk to a manager and there was not one even there. I will never go there again!

Horrible service. Third time I have tried them at lunch and takes way too long to get service. Food not prepared according to the menu description. One person working to run the entire restaurant. Bad management to continue doing this at lunch!

Very slow service! If you sit in the non-smoking are be prepared for them to completely forget about you! We went there around 3 pm and several tables had not been cleaned off, the place smelled and felt dirty overall. We wont be back.
