Not supposed to have sugar (Yes this very important) so I ordered an iced coffee with SUGAR FREE Vanilla, cinnamon (You know like REAL cinnamon ... the spice kind) and Splenda ON THE SIDE so I could have a little bit of sweetness without sugar and decide how sweet it was... I even told them that I wanted to decide on the sweetness.... So they put Cinnamon syrup in there. SMH Thank you Starbucks for paying attention to what your customer ordered... maybe if someone obviously wants no sugar in their drink then you should ask if it is syrup or regular cinnamon. I usually go to another Starbucks and they have never asked they just always gave me cinnamon but I have only ordered it 3 times in the past 3 months. I drank half of it before realizing there was sugar in it because Splenda masked it, plus I was driving and I thought I had just added too much Splenda. I didnt realize until I sat down at my desk and saw the label on it and noticed there was no cinnamon flecks in it that something was wrong. I noticed when I got to work... they informed me I could have a free one on them... well that helps me really well today after I have been up all night dealing with a fussy baby. Honestly Starbucks people... use common sense and I know to most people I am over reacting but not consuming sugar or a lot of unhealthy carbs is very important. There is no taking days off and I do not drink soda at all... sugar free tea (No sweetener at all... not even Splenda). This is a rare treat for me. On a more positive note now that I vented Manager was really nice but sounded a little inexperienced. She tried blaming the wrong person saying the girl was new and wouldnt have known to ask... when I said it was a guy who took the order she said he should have known he had been there long enough. She was honest... that was nice. Staff was friendly.... the girl at the window was pleasant and I will give them another chance and if they can manage to give me sugar free when I ask for it then I will happily give them more stars. One mistake shouldnt earn you a terrible score permanently.

I like how close this one is to my house, but I can literally drive down Watson (to my old regular), wait in drive through, get drink and drive back BEFORE I would actually get my drink at THIS Affton one. :( Makes me sad. Its SOOOOOOO slow. Even slower than an airport Starbucks. The drive through and the inside are slow, not just one or the other. People seem nice, and yesterday I WAS given a $4 gift card because I waited SIXTEEN minutes for my iced coffee with cream, in the drive through line. (If I couldve LEFT the line, I would have at minute FOUR).

Great Starbucks thats much less busy than others in the area. Some of the best service I have received at a Starbucks in years. If its on your way, this is the place to grab your coffee. If its not on your way, make it on your way and enjoy the ample seating, very nice and updated location, and staff who clearly love what they are doing and enjoy caring for the customers they serve.

I choose this Starbucks over another one near me all the time. Once they made me the most delicious frappuccino I have ever tasted. The baristas are really pleasant and patient, so every interaction with them has been pleasant. One thing: I have never been inside because I have only ever ordered from the drive thru.

This is a great Starbucks location. The drive thru is very convenient and fast despite being busy. The coffee and teas are good. The staff is fast, friendly, and so forth. The outdoor area is very nice and smoke-free. Plus, the restrooms are clean! What more could you ask for?

I absolutely love this location because the staff there get my drinks right, and if theyre not made right the first time they make sure that its taking care of. I am a regular and they do go out of their way to make sure you get what you ask for great location great staff.

Great store. I frequent it often. Hands down best service in the area. I like darker coffees and their brew quality is notch above than several other stores. Clean, spacious area to sit and great outdoor patio. They have a Clover Machine too!
