The pizzas usually arent the best, but thats mostly because the "Hot n Ready" idea is a failure. The reason its a failure is because when you go in and get a pizza thats already been made, its usually been sitting in the cresco for over half an hour. Its also a failed idea because they only keep so many pizzas ready at a time. So when they get rushed, and people want pizzas right then and there, its usually not ready. Now when you order a pizza to be made fresh, its usually pretty good since it hasnt been sitting there for over 30 minutes. If you want decent pizza from here always ask for it to be made fresh, or else you wont really know if youre getting a pizza right out from the oven, or one thats been sitting out for 30 minutes. They messed my order up. Drove 2.5 miles to pick up my pizza to find out that it was not what I ordered. Phone call with a manager at the store not willing to understand what I ordered and almost starting argument. So if you order a pizza at this places open the box and comb through all the cheese to make sure your pizza is what you ordered. Very poor customer service.

Went to get some pizzas. They told me it would be 20 minutes. So I decided to go get gas and come back. Then they decided to tell me it was going to be 20 more minutes for pepperoni. Always hot and never ready. I have been to this one on several occasions and always had to wait a long time.

Thought the service is great and speedy I just recently found a long blondish hair in my food, not mine at all I have short dark hair, thought they tried to resolve the issue its still a big disappointment
