The food was pretty good and the staff was friendly enough. Only complaint was the water we got. My girlfriend described it as being "thick". Whatever it was I didnt drink but half a glass before I decided to not drink it anymore because of the taste. Other than that its an all around good place to eat and perfect location in the entrance to the Greenville mall so you can walk all that food off or reward yourself for walking in the mall all day.

This restaurant sucks I know I should not say this but its a worst restaurant I have ever been worst restaurant ever. Bad service cold food and it coast a bunch just for 6 meals it coast me 104$ just for 6 meals and it the food came cold worst ever dont go there

I am very disappointed with Garfields service. My fiancé and I each called 2 separate times to place a pick-up order, and were put on hold for at least 5 minutes, if not longer. Not sure what the problem was, but I was not impressed.

They tried to serve me and my girl some dang strap pieces of ribs. I complained and they brought me more out that looked the same. Watered down drinks and greasy fries. Horrible just horrible.

My co workers and I was seated without any introduction or drink order. We waited 15 more minutes and still no server. So we just got up and left.
