ridiculous i went to hibachi last night called in my order for a SALMON HIBACHI WITH EXTRA BROCCOLI and i went in waited patiently for my food and then he asks me if i wanted soup or salad. i asked for the soup. now i effed up by not looking into my bag because he had already placed the soup and things on top of the box and i was in a hurry . i signed the receipt and gave a 2 dollar tip and he walked off and didn ttake it i called for him to grab it and he just bowed and said thank u. so i ran to get my drink forgetting to ask him for my COPY of the receipt. i live alll the way out in byram. by the time i got home the only thing in my box was plain fried rice and steak bits. no salmon no vegetables no extras. there was another instance where i asked for a drink and they for got to give it to me. i paid for a salmon meal with extra but did not receive it. i never had issues before nor have i written bad reviews on anyone. but what pissed me off was my mom called in the moment i realized i had the wrong food. and when she explained it to him he just said "ok." and my mom asked if i could come up there and get another one. and he brushed her off. now i get theres a language barrier but its HELLA ANNOYING when yourer trying to get help and they brush u off. so im dissatisfied.i love this place but that bummed me out. :/

So I love Hibachi and I frequented this restaurant a lot because it was close to my home. Last week while sitting and waiting on my order, I noticed that the cashier had picked up a pair of tongs and started taking food off different plates and placing it on other orders. I ignored it because I was in a rush. Yesterday (04/27/2017) I went back and placed an order and I sat at the first table to see if the same thing was going to happen and lo and behold she did it again. By this time I was shocked because she was watching me watching her. So when she came out from around the counter to give me my order, I asked her do she always take food from one customers plate and place it onto another customers order and she told me yes with no hesitation. My final words to her was, "Thank you and you no longer have my business". You dont know what food allergies a person have and I dont spend $15 for a plate for you to take food off my plate to make someone elses plate look halfway decent. I will stick to going to Hibachi in Madison now.

The dining room is stylish with pretty light fixtures, a healthy volume of music, and a big fish tank. The service is always friendly--last time they gave us free won tons even :) The hibachi is good with a sizable amount of vegetables in tow and the sushi is pretty decent too. The prices are a tad high but not the highest in town at all either. Would recommend!

Friendly staff. I usually get the young girl when I come in. I always call in my order and it goes smoothly. To me their hibachi is the best although the prices are kinda high, it wont break the bank and you get a lot for what you pay. I like the dining areas decor even though the area is a bit small. Nothing bad to say whatsoever. Ill continue to dine here.

Great food that is cooked fresh to order. Wonderful friendly staff and the owner runs a very organized business. I LOVE this place. They will cook your food the way you like. We have never come to this place and was not satisfied. Please do yourself a favor and try them out when in town or in the area. I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.. ENJOY.☺☺☺

Awesome food. Was in town for a conference. I love Hibachi and Mongolian food. This was one of the best. I dont know about others but i received a massive amount of veggies and rice to go along with my salmon and chicken. I also received complimentary wontons that were delicious. Very nice staff. Small and clean environment.

Long time customer of several years. My girlfriend and I have never been disappointed by the food here and the service is good. Its quick food if you call in to place your order and cheaper than other hibachi spots around town. 10/10 would eat there again.

I ordered fried rice and crawfish rolls the rice was burnt and not good at all I also didnt like the sushi it was watered down and not a good taste at all very disappointed!!!!!!!!!!
