Kind of gross/ unsanitary - I ordered the pizzas via the iPhone app and it was to be ready @4:36pm. I arrived just after 4:30, Im guessing my pizza did not go in before then. It did not seem busy at all. Only one guy was making pizza, no gloves - he was either new or just in no particular hurry. Noticed another (maybe shift mgr) grab a large crust (no gloves) flip it up on his not so clean sleeve while briefly helping the other. I noticed the woman who cut the pizza moved a piece of pepper back on to the pizza, with her bare hands. The pizza was available around 4:50. The wait was unexpected, but I thought there were some sanitation rules that required workers to use gloves while handling food, Id feel better if they used gloves. Yes, I ate the pizza and it tasted fine and I didnt get sick. However, I wont be going back to this Pizza Hut, Ill go to the one on Homer Adams, where you cant see the workers or conditions where they make the pizza.

I only gave a star because it wouldnt let me not give at least one. I ordered a pizza at 5 pm. The women who took my order didnt know wtf she was doing, I was told an hour and a half wait at the most and I called after two hours to check. I was told they had a three hour wait I replied with what I was told and the ignorant woman said yeah. I asked for a manager, she claims she is the manager. She also remarked what do you what me to do about it? Just total ignorance and rude behavior. Ill be calling back tomorrow to speak with someone else.

Stopped in for some pizza on vacation with my family. Had a great experience no waiting to get seated never went with a empty drink. Our waitress was very kind and polite always smiling food was great to well taken care of. I asked our waitress for a manager and she said she was the assistance manager Morgan. What a wonderful person there is people still out there that care about there job. Way to go Morgan for your position it really shows you deserve it. Keep up the hard work.

Normally we never have a problem with this pizza hut..but last night was horrible...I understand they were busy and power was out in parts of the area..and although the person on the phone was nice and apologetic..it still took 2 hours to get our pizza delivered and when it did arrive..it was disgusting and can barely call it a pizza! It was so dried out and had no sauce, no taste what so ever. Will def think twice before eating pizza from this location again.

This is the third bad experience we have had with this location, and we will NEVER order from here again. After 2 hour wait, we called to check on order status. The staff was rude, and said they had never received order, but then somehow magically found order while on the phone. We canceled at that time. Who ever is managing this establishment needs to be fired, and all new staff brought in, or it will go under.

Most recently, ordered a delivery pizza. I used to have a problem ordering online, so I called them and explained the problem, and they promptly fixed it. The pizza I ordered was one of the best Ive had in a long time. It was fresh. I ordered extra cheese and got it. And it came in a reasonable amount of time . The driver was friendly as well.

I usually order online for pizza orders, which allows me to find up to date coupons and order exactly what I want without forgetting say wings or pasta sides. Unfortunately, these guys mess up each time. If you order say extra cheese dont count on getting what you pay for.

Ordered on the app, food got here 30 minutes later than app and confirmation email said it would. Food was lukewarm at best. Called and complained and got nothing but excuses. The manager did give a credit for my next order for the amount I spent tonight.

They have you on hold forever and then when they come back to the phone your placed on hold once again. We called and they were out of pan and hand tossed. They were not accommodating whatsoever, will not be ordering from Godfrey pizza hut anymore

super hit and miss, it seems like every time I order they mess up my order. also, pizza is always under baked, very floppy. did I mention they always mess up my order? because they always mess it up. how hard is it to pay attention to toppings?

This is one of the worse pizza huts. 50% of the tme the food is good and the other 50% of the time we can barely eat it. They always run out of pan and handtossed dough. They also stop taking orders 20 min before they close.

Filthy restaurant. Sub par service. Last time I went in for a carryout I waited over 30 minutes. After I waited 20 minutes to go pick it up. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Homer Adams. Or even better go to Imos.
