This is my first review ever. I had to write because I have never had such a bad experience at a restaurant. My wife and I have over 14 years of food service experience and it just blows my mind that this place can stay in business. We had a group of eight adults and four children. We called ahead and ordered two pizzas with some bread-sticks. We arrived at the time they told us the pizza would be ready. When we walked in the door the person that greeted us was very rude. He made multiple snide comments as he was arranging the tables for our group, asking why we had only ordered one pizza for such a large group. I thought maybe I was just reading him wrong. However the eye rolls and rude comments continued as we took our seats. We eventually took our business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

I dined here the other night, I came in and the interior was dark and dingy looking. I was seated at a table and I noticed a silverware wrap setup under the table leg, stabilizing the wobbly table. I told myself to look past that and the dark interior and I ordered the lasagna. It tasted rubbery, and it was a tiny little piece of lasagna; did they give me a kids portion? The bread tasted very dense and there was no garlic flavor either. Hardly worth $10!! This place is a joke and I shouldve looked at the reviews before I came here. It looks like the owner is a jerk with his snarky comments following up on peoples reviews. I advise anyone stay away from this dump!

The only word I can use to describe this establishment is yum. My friend and I stumbled upon this cute little place for dinner while visiting the area. We were craving pizza, and didnt have many appealing options for it. I couldnt be happier that we chose this restaurant. The pizza comes made to order in three sizes and two crust styles with any ingredient your heart desires on top. We chose the thin crust style with Italian sausage and mushrooms. The thin crust pizza is actually a fair representation of New York style pizza. The beer selection is decent, with a couple of local Michigan highlights. If you are craving pizza in Saugatuck, go to Scooters!

The food was OK but overpriced. The service was nonexistent. If you are going to charge $2.25 for a small glass of soda, you should actually show up and offer refills. After the food was delivered we never saw a waitress again. We had to hunt someone down to get our bill. If you walk into the place and it is busy, turn around a walk out. They cannot handle a busy restaurant. The place only has ten tables so it doesnt take much for them to be "busy".

Came to get a bite to eat tonight, had the lasagna and while it was pretty good, I cant get over how small the portions are. It came out on a small plate, looked more like a kids portion. Suffice to say I left the restaurant hungry which is something that should never happen. For $10 the portion sizes should be a bit bigger. Probably wont return.

The reviews sounded great; got two 16” pizzas for takeout. This was the worst pizza I have had in a long time. Paid for extra cheese, did not get, hardly any toppings, super expensive, and the crust was like it never had time to rise. Tasted strange, awful. If I could, I would pick zero stars.

Scooters is one of my favorite hiding places in town. Its too bad that most people havent discovered them yet. They have a great little bar where you can chill, have a great cocktail or beer while you dine in or wait for your to-go order. Cheers Chris! This is Andrew BTW.

Stopped in for cocktails on July 4th. Excellent bar service! Perfect saugatuck sunrise and great local beer selections! You could tell the staff was very exhausted after tha holiday rush, but the service from tha gentleman behind tha bar was wonderful.

AMAZING been there so many times now and never had a bad food item or bad service all it took was one time and I will never get pizza from any where else again! I love there cheseey bread. They have best thin crust pizza from grand rapids to Chicago.

Do not recommend. Owner was rude and treated our group terribly. Yelled at us in front of a room full of customers and then complained about our stroller being too big. He was extremely unapologetic and left our group feeling extremely uncomfortable.

This place is great. Love the cheesy bread. As for customer service, they are awesome. We called them 20 minutes before closing and ask if they could take a party of eight and they accommodated us! Really great folks and really great pizza.

Went to eat with my significant other yesterday and got the fish and chips and Alfredo pasta and beer battered onion rings and we both got food poisoning and have been puking ever since. DONT TRUST THEM
