Inefficient, slow, rude staff with sub par quality food and coffee. Worst Tim Hortons Ive been to. They always get my order wrong. I order an ice coffee w/ double double and shot of caramel and see it reflected on the screen. I roll up to the window and wait 10 mins minimum for them to get my order on a non busy day and no one ahead of me in line only to get a hot coffee. Now I have to wait for them to make an ice coffee which of course has no sugar or caramel shot because they forgot it and taste like yesterdays coffee. The bakery also never has pastries or muffins at 5:30 in the morning even though they open at 4. Do yourself a favor and go to another Tim Hortons. The one on Rochester road just off Avon is MUCH better.

Very friendly and comforting staff. Quick service, even when extremely busy. Its clear that the staff is willing to help every customer as quickly as possible. Coffee is ALWAYS fresh and sandwiches are amazing! As well as the pastries of course. Always visiting this location as well as Rochester & Avon, these locations never fail to meet my desires and expectations! Both owners are doing a great job and deserve recognition. Good place with pleasant workers. I started coming here after the Rochester road location was out of most doanuts and crosonts the last five times. This place is great compared to the other. Keep up the good work. UPDATE: Rochester road location has made a good improvement been returning back to the location since its closer to my home. Great job by staff and been keeping up with items. Great employee name of Mel shes a top notch lady.

Place has great decor, great service and awesome decor. One major problem it was 36f outside and felt like it was 45 inside. The temp in the building was very low. Small little fix and Id definitely bump this up to a 4 or 5 out of 5 star. I think it might be the glass panes or the door but it was cold. Look forward to visiting again sometime soon.

Stopped in before work to find that about twelve people were working the morning rush and they were ON! Ive never seen more diligent workers who were also happy to greet customers and even joked while they worked. It was a nice experience and definitely one of the best Tim Hortons Ive ever been to.

Rude staff that didnt seem to care at all about the customer. We went through the drive -through and every item from our order came out incorrect. Any drink Ive ever gotten has been extremely watered down. Overall just a bad experience every time Ive been here.

Clean place with pretty good service. Coffees have came a little inconsistent from time to time and got jipped on a couple add-ons with some sandwiches but I believe it just falls under the new hire category. Otherwise its convenient and fresh

Drive thru has always been good, unless it gets really busy, but thats not really their fault. Food is probably the best out of any Tim Hortons Ive ever been to. Service is very nice as well. Overall a great Tim Hortons location

Worst iced caps from any tim hortons in the area. Ive given them several chances, and its always the same subpar quality. Do yourself a favor and drive to Rochester or Opdyke, its worth the trip.
