Village Cafe is a wonderful small restaurant in the beautiful small town of Richmond Michigan. Family is the best way to describe this restaurant. From the first time I stepped foot in The Village Cafe I have always felt as if i was part of Goerge and Marias family. Goerge and Maria greet all their customers with a loving heart and kindness everytime. The food is incredible! My favorite is the Greek skillet! If you are looking for HOT food, and a clean friendly atmosphere....This is the place!

Everything here is delicious. The Skillets for breakfast are a must, and they have the BEST beer battered chicken tenders, hands down. Ive never had a meal that I wasnt completely satisfied with. Now that we live out of state, coming to The Village is a must stop when we come home to visit! If you live near, you should try it. It is a small and homey space with very friendly and speedy service. They always have beautiful seasonal decorations to enjoy as well.

The food is delicious and plentiful. I had the Greek omelette (which I didnt finish) and barely ate half of my hash browns. My niece loved the pancakes and my husband enjoyed his meat lover skillet. We had 12 family members in there this past Fathers day and the service was amazing. I remember it as the Flamingo when I was growing up. They have added some outdoor seating and I cant wait to go back and try other foods.

I am a sever for this resturant and I ALWAYS COME IN ON MY DAYS off to eat, the owners are the best people ive ever worked for , they truely care about their staff and customers. The village cafe is a awesome resturant and I am truley blessed to be part of that team!! VILLAGE CAFE ROCKS!!!!!!

George has a keen sense of what customers are looking for in food and is always there to greet you with a sense of humor! Maria always has the place looking classy with a new decoration for every season and holiday. These are two business owners who take much pride in what they do and it shows! Without question, best food around.

Theres a reason this place is always voted number 1 on channel 4, vote for the best. The food is delicious. The staff is amazing. George, the owner, is always around to great and serve customers. The food is to your table faster than Ive ever seen. All 3 of my girls choose to come here for their birthdays last year.

Fast, friendly service. I had the rib eye and 3 eggs, and it was a good cut of meat and everything was cooked as ordered. Hash browns, coffee and toast were average. Busy place, but they engage you as soon as you walk in, and I got seated right away. Would come here again.

Great food for a small town. The Village is a breakfast/brunch type of small café. The menu has a nice variety for the size of the place and the prices are equivalent. It may host a few regulars and everything was good from the service to food.
