We stopped in here after a few stops around town for a quick bite. The staff was very friendly and the sitting area was clean enough but the bathrooms were very dirty. We had rangoons, egg rolls, potstickers and mei fun. Everything but the mei fun was just out of a bag and deep-fried to the point of almost being burned. The duck sauce was orange colored water with a slight vinegar taste. The veggy mei fun was decent but had no real wok hei flavor seemed like it was just cooked in a nonstick fry pan on a stove top instead of a flaming hot wok. Was worth a shot but unfortunately we wont be back. I always hate leaving negative reviews for family owned places like this but it is what it is sadly.

Really disappointed. Staff is great, prices are very reasonable but the food is just not good. I ordered General Tsos chicken and all 3 of my kids ordered Sesame Chicken. The portions were good but the food was bland. All of it. We ordered pot stickers and Rangoons and they were bland as well. The chicken was basically fried, put on a plate and then served with sauce on it which is not like any Tsos chicken or Sesame chicken Ive ever had. It looked lazy. The Tsos chicken was not spicy at all. It was sweet. Oh and the sweet and sour sauce is bottled and very runny, like water, and again, bland. Just not good food,

I wish I would have listened to the few bad reviews on here before going for it. This was hands down the worst Chinese food I have ever had. The staff was nice but the food was awful. I took one bite and spit it out. :/ the sesame sauce wasnt even on the chicken, (like normal chinese),which was deep fried and so dry. Sauce had no flavor at all with a melted plastic texture. The "fried" rice I got was still white and had nothing in it (peas carrots or egg?) And the eggdrop soup was goopy and had no flavor either. I wish I wasnt so dissapointed.

Although the service and prices are good the food is horrendous..... ordered house fried rice general tsos chicken broccoli beef pot stickers rangoons and egg rolls..... the rice was still white and had nearly no meat.... the chicken was served like sweet and sour chicken and had no spice the egg rolls had no meat or flavor this place is a disgrace to Chinese food it is the absolute worst I have ever had

Ordered barbeque pork which was explained as a side order (so i ordered 2) - the portions were so small we couldnt believe it and the flavor was also a bit off (sauce was not very well done, and we had to force ourselves to swallow) - we got a massive amount of white rice though, and that was really good at least. Maybe Ill try them again but... whoever the cook was for our order needs more training...

Family kitchen is just that. Its ran buy a single family and they remember your face and your favorite thing you order. The food is generous and the prices are very fair. They have a full menu with daily specials. Plus if you order online you get even more of a deal. I say come in and give them a try. For my money, time and taste, Family Kitchen is the place to come for Asian cuisine.

Dont let its appearance fool you; the food is spot on! Have eaten here multiple times, and every time it is fresh, hot, and served or delivered with great care and service! The price is more than fair, and you get much more than most places, for equal or less price! Well be coming back as often as we can!

Very impressed with the flavor !! Ordered shrimp lo mein, small portion. There was plenty of food there, and the flavor was to die for! The chicken fried rice was wonderful, wasnt greasy at all! We ordered the sesame balls, egg rolls and of course, crab Rangoons. It was all very, very good!
