Went to eat with our two children, not all of my childs items were brought out (applesauce with his meal) waitress dropped our food off my french dip was horrible. The meat was microwaved to the point it was jerky, My son didnt get his applesauce that was included as a side for his meal. Our waitress didnt come to check on us and was sitting at a table eating with the other waitress (during dinner hours) and I had to go over and ask her for it. She was rude and unapologetic. She never refilled our drinks, nor did she ever ask us how everything was... I would have sent my sandwich back given the option but we just wanted out of there... never going back there

The food is ok. They give you large portions but you do pay for it. The service is absolutely horrible! The servers are rude and they treat carry out customers like theyre causing the most inconvenience someone can do to them. This is coming from a guy who orders carry out maybe once a month there and I used to always leave a tip regardless of service but these servers wont get another dime from me! Ask for extra ketchup and they will blow a fuse and will likely give 1 to 2 extra ketchup packs like it comes out of their salary. If your looking for bland, over priced food with horrible service this is the place for you!!!

Went for fish fry Friday, it was busy as can be expected. After a short wait we were seated and placed our order. After awhile we noticed that tables who were seated after us were receiving theyre food. After this happened for the fifth time or so my wife flagged down our waitress to ask about our order. When she returned she told us that she had forgotten to put in our order and that it would be out in ten minutes and that she was going to pay for our meal. Now people make mistakes, it happens, what really matters is what happens next. I can tell you that you would be hard pressed to find a better example of service.

Ive been here 4 times and will go back again. I am what people call a "foodie". I like good wine and good food. I have high expectations and I love gourmet anything. While this is not a high end restaurant, they do have high standards. This is one of the cleanest restaurants Ive been in and that includes places where you pay $30 bucks a plate. The service here is outstanding and its very comfortable. Most of the food is homemade and fresh. Generous portions so you may want to share. Lots of vegetarian bar snacks to nosh on as well :) Thinkin bout going there right now lol :)

Horrible food, horrible service for the most part, really horrible food (Yes, I repeated myself, it is that bad). When the onions on your burger are rancid, that is a shame that could have easily been avoided. THROW OUT THE OLD PRODUCE FOR GODS SAKE!!! Manchester as a town must not have one taste bud to share among them and that is the only reason I can think of that this place is still open; Oh, and the fact they serve booze.

The lady seated me after about 10 minutes of waiting (no line) asked if it was just me or I had a group. I said it was just myself and she seated me at the bar or said I could sit in at a small table. I chose the bar and waited. I continued to wait without a single other worker even asking if I wanted a drink. After a little over 30 minutes I got up and walked out. Very bad service, do not recommend

We have been going since they opened more than 5 years ago. There was a stint of time where service and food was iffy (several years ago) but has been resolved. Went recently and found food and service to be good once more! Not high end dining, but q family style restaurant. Place is always clean, staff friendly. Sometimes very busy.

waitstaff was horrible left our table twice without getting everyones order ( 4 of us) had to flag someone down for everything from a napkin to silverware to the rest of our order the food was ok what we got of our order this was now the 5th attempt for a good experience nope

This place serves huge portions and the food is pretty darn good. They have a bar area and the selection is ok. In my opinion its the best restaurant in Manchester and well worth a visit if youre driving through.

The food is classic American, servings all sorts of delectable burgers and fries. Whilst the taste is good, the food was inundated in grease. If you are a fan of oily burgers, this is the place for you.

Ive only been here twice and both times I got carry out. The portions were generous and tasty. Mostly bar fare and Mexican food. The inside is nice and clean and the waitstaff was friendly and helpful.
