I usually enjoy my Panda Express experience here at Wayne State. It sure beats their neighbors (T-Bell) who ruthlessly gut you for every nickel and dime you have. Today I was different. The portion size of the single entrée I received was horribly underwhelming. I expressed my concern of the scarce authentic orange chicken to the worker. She had no remorse. Maybe you need to cut back on chicken usage. Fine. But at least use more rice. Youll give out free samples all day, but here I am with my half full bowl. Ill update my review later if my experience improves. UPDATE: I have given this establishment another chance and it seems as if they are back on track. I suppose it all depends on the person serving you. Thanks.

This isnt a 100% panda express owned location. It is a lease deal with aramark the company who is partnered with Wayne State University. Because of this the staff isnt at as high of standard and it shows in there food. Even more so in the lines over a large dinner rush and poorly stocked options on slow times. Overall they follow the panda express regulations so the food is normally ok but its always better for me when I get panda off campus. Still one of my preferred locations on campus.

Their food is good but a bit on the pricey end especially for it being a college campus food place. I do not like their manager one bit. She is rude and talks down to her employees. She was also very rude to the customers and talks down to them as well. She should reevaluate her managing style and maybe try conversation instead of yelling at her employees in front of customers. The employees are very kind and work fast, they deserve a better leader.

Good food, Fast service. I had the 2 entree dish with sweet and sour chicken and honey sesame chicken. Both were delicious, they even let me sample the honey walnut shrimp. the price point is just fine with other chinese restaurants. Lunch time is busy so avoid it if you can if you are pressed for time. I like the sobe drinks and its one of the few restaurants that offer it.

Expensive for fast food. A filling meal (2 entrees and a side) is $6.69 + tax. That price will only let you select from a few of the entrees, since many of them are $1-2 extra. The food is good, but not great. For $5.50, you can walk over to Dynasty Chinese and get larger and more authentic Chinese food. Eating here doesnt really make sense.

I like the food but customer service is not friendly. Considering giving enough training to your employees or get a new team. As this restaurant is inside university campus, they should know that they are dealing with educated people.

All the food here is nasty. I went to WSU and when lunch time was near, people would eat everything and leave the rice outside. The crab rangoon is nasty too. Dont eat here.
