I was given a coupon that expired on 9/9/2017 a Wednesday. My family and I went on 8/9/2017 to redeem the coupon for a free kids meal with a purchase of any 2/3 entrée meal. The cashier asked for the expiration date as I was ordering my food. My total was 24.88 with the kid’s meal still including in the amount, cashier claimed the total will change once I came up to the window. Once there she look at the front of the coupon and instantly stated the coupon is only good for Tuesdays. On one said the coupon does states "come join us on Tuesday for family night" Games, food and prizes. On the other said it states. Free kids meal with a purchase of any 2-3 entrée meal, expiration date as 9/9/2017, along with fine print including all the details for usage of the coupon. The coupon is advertising two different things, front and back. The manger could not understand the wording and just said" Okay, have a good day. The date on the coupon is for 9/9/17 which is a Saturday, why not a Tuesaday if they are claiming it’s only good to use on Tuesdays? Instead of honoring the coupon correctly the manager allowed $20.00 walk out the door ( if the coupon was applied). I have my 5 year old with me at the time and because of this dinner was an hour later. Im a working mother that at that time Panda Express was very convenient for dinner. I will never return to a company that cant hire associates to understand simple wording. When I called and spoke to another the next he said he will allow me to use the “just this one time’…. That means nothing to me on a coupon that is still valid for 30 more day.

Im gonna be honest and preface this with the fact that I love Panda Express. This location, however, is probably the BEST one Ive ever been to. (I think Ive been to three or four? Not a lot, but I love this one!!) I love it here and try to go at least once a week because I may or may not be obsessed with PE. The bigger plate is an easily-shared 2 person meal! Thats delicious dinner for like 11$! Its super airy, theres relevant art on the walls, the TVs arent overly loud, its very crisp looking. The staff has been really nice, I usually see the same faces there every time, and theyre always friendly (even when under extreme pressure!). I like that they offer a sweet and sour chicken dish here, their orange chicken isnt too spicy (Im really spice-sensitive), and the woks are always going. Its never a long wait for food except when the lines almost to the door, and thats just because theres so many people! I also love that this location has a drive-thru; I havent personally used the drive-thru so Im not sure how accessible/fast it is, but at least the options there for anybody interested. The only downsides I can really think of are that the bathroom is a single-stall bathroom, the tea isnt always kept up on, and the tables feel a little too close. I wish theyd wipe tables down a little more regularly, and the trash cans are usually on the fuller side, but whenever I go its usually towards the end of the night so thats not something I can fully comment on being a problem!

Most Panda expresses are great. This one, not so much. Ive been here several times since they opened. Make sure your phone is charged because youll need something to distract yourself while you spend the ridiculous amount of time it takes to get through the line. On the plus side, its the perfect place to take a friend whos recovering from alcoholism: make it a drinking game to do a shot every time one of the employees smiles or says something pleasant. Your friend will be at six months sober by the time youre rung up. So theres that.

Salimos a comer (1 hora) el Panda Exprés está a 5 minutos de mi trabajo. Ordenamos la comida y está tardó unos 35 minutos, y tuvimos que entrar a buscarla porque siquiera la sacaron. El trato es muy lento e lo personal. YO NO VUELVO A PANDA EXPRESS. Suerte

Waiting on orange chicken, I had to debate with the order-taker who, despite explaining my options incorrectly, also was going to let the rest of my food sit on the counter for 4 minutes. She got an attitude after I objected. Most of the tables were dirty and the floors had a nasty film on it. Everybody was sliding around the entire restaurant. It just felt cold, damp, and sticky in there in general. Turn the AC to auto so it goes off every now and then.

Generally very quick service. When they get busy, they seem to have a tough time keeping customers moving, but the slow customers are also at fault there. The food is pretty standard Panda Express food - nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. I have to dock a few points for the tables not being as clean as I would hope. I rarely eat in the restaurant, but the few times I have, its not been the greatest.

I came here today (8/12) before work. I went through the drive-thru because they had just opened (by the way, how amazing is it for PE to have a drive-thru?!?). I ordered a bowl with rice and orange chicken. The food was hot, the orange chicken was amazing but the rice was not! It had no flavor and was a little undercooked. Otherwise, I loved it! Panda Express is awesome.

Food is amazing but the hours are wrong and people arent the nicest. They dont open on the hours posted on their door. They said they dont open until 20 minutes after the time posted and i came an hour and a half after the posted time and the werent letting people in and kept doors locked.

They say they close at 9:30 but me and my party showed up at 8:45 and half the food was gone. They told us that they will not be cooking anymore food for the rest of the night. I understand that they are closing soon and that they need to clean up, but it is not even close to 9:30.

Every single time I go to eat there, they have some sort of problem. They screw up our orders, not friendly, etc...... Last time I went there, they were only taking cash because their credit card machine was "supposedly" down. Its very frustrating!!!

I had Shanghai Angus Steak with Chow Mein. The steak was a little on the salty side and the Chow Mein had a generic taste to it. This was my first time going to this location, previous Panda Express experiences have been great. I wont be coming back.

3 stars because the girl was nice but our one entree had barely any chicken with the veggies and the orange chicken was kinda dry.... fried rice wasnt very flavorful.... crab rangoons were average at best.... not so good experience for a first timer

Ive been to this location a couple times. Each and every time the staff is so extremely rude and its been a horrible dining experience. If this wasnt the only location near me I would never go back. They definitely need to change who works there.

The idiots who work here dont know how to make chicken. Every time i show up, hours before close, they are out of chicken. Never fails. These idiots have to pull the chicken off the menu or fire up the grill. Never visit this place.
