So disappointed! Back to El Charros I’ll be going for Mexico’s take out!! This used to be my favorite place locally for Mexican food, like 4 times a month. Placed an order today and the girl taking the order got it wrong. Called after I got it home and she wanted to argue with me saying I ordered what they gave me when no one in my house eats what she wrote down. Went into the restaurant, owner said misunderstanding no problem said I didn’t have to pay. I said no, I have no problem paying for what I’m actually ordering again. Wasn’t looking for free food, offered to pay for what I originally ordered again after I threw out what they gave me previously. Girl who took the order came over and started arguing after the owner and I already had it worked out. She couldn’t admit she heard wrong even when the owner said it was a misunderstanding. Great employee right there and she caused your garbage review. Nothing worse when you pay for something you didn’t order and agree to pay again for what you did but the employee blames you because her ears dont work and she refuses to admit she made a mistake!!

My family and I just left. Terrible service, had to remind them to bring us our drinks. Food was not any better. This used to be a good Mexican place to eat. I would not go again. My granddaughter ordered Mac and cheese. The waitress bragged about it. When she got it guess what, Kraft macaroni for 4.95. Very disappointing. By the way , the only reason I gave it one star is because you have to give at least one star or you cant post your unhappiness.

Salsa has a nice heat, sangria is AWESOME, I tried this pork in a green sauce (I like to try different stuff) and it was very flavorful!! Good price for the amount of food...very large plate, good amount of pork and beans/rice (also lettuce/tomatoes, plus tortillas on the side)....only $9.95. Polite staff and nice atmosphere with music. A little off the beaten path, but well worth the drive!!!

Terrible experience.. Im sitting here watching this waitress talk to her boyfriend and leave my whole party without drinks, without food, without the bill.. Both time Ive been here I got the same waitress and the same service from her both times.. Everyone else who works here seems to be working but this girl.. if u had her name id put it on here so u can stay clear...

food is good, service is a little slow for me. In my opinion, portions are small for the price you pay. I am accustomed to large portions and cheap prices at other Mexican restaurants.
