It has gotten so bad here. This was once my favorite location. Now they never have anything made, I ordered coffee, they forgot to give it to me, and when I asked for it they realized they hadnt made any. No coffee made ahead of time at 7am?? On a different occasion they yelled (yes yelled) at my wife and I when we asked for our correct change. The woman working gave us a lecture and then had to apologize when she realized we were right. Where do you find these people?

We got lunch AND a show the last time we were here. Some blonde worker named Crystal was snapping at the woman who took our orders about how she was making a sandwich wrong (when the customer had requested it that way). An off-duty employee stood by the counter as Crystal then pondered why she didnt get a manager position, besides "all the customer complaints" shes gotten. LOL. Classy place, this.

Spent $60 and had the rudest staff ever. 5 people out front no one in the lobby and server was hitching I didnt call ahead for the box of coffee! Note to management you might want to wait until your customer leaves to hitch about them. I will drive to the Saline location going forward.

Have always had slow service at this location. Today this location was my only option and there were dead fruit flies in my coffee. Called and spoke to a manager, luckily I am getting a refund. It took 20 minutes to make a grilled cheese.

My husband and I stopped at Tim Hortons on the way to the airport, and they messed up our order of two sandwiches and coffees... The food tasted fine, but because they couldnt get a two piece order correct, I havent been back.

Rude workers never polite no good buys no thank you if you give them change the get a attitude oh yea they like to charge a different price often the the same price after you say something I drive to Belleville instead

Horrible service. Waited 10 minutes for just a steak eggs and cheese biscuit. They had the nerves to throw my sandwich on the table. I will never go back there again. Im sticking to the one in ann arbor.

Very clean and great atmosphere. A fireplace to sit by with free WiFi. Service and quality of drinks and food was far above a typical Hortons. In dining closed at 10pm but drive through was open late.

I give this location a one, because they fail to live up to the standard Tim Hortons has set. The selection was weak, few, and not fresh. It looked like they were from the morning.

Fairly quick, but makes errors with my order that are too minor to journey back for, but major enough to be annoying (I.e., bagel is toasted when asked for it not to be toasted).
