We arrived at a very busy time, our cashier, Chris, was so great! She was so polite and helpful even though she was swamped. The food wasnt so great and the wait on the food was a little too long for what it was but Im givi ng 4 stars solely on our experience with Chris.

Went a Saturday into the drive thru, order some wedges intend they gave me mash potatos, the potatos was so old, the gravy look and taste so dry and nasty, the customer services was a A+ but the food F-

Either you get over cooked chicken drumsticks the size of your thumb or get the wrong order in drive thru. Not too many stores left in Springfield, too sad that what is left, the service sucks.

Liked the food and service, its basically what youd expect. The inside of it was ratchet though. I wouldnt eat in there if you plan on getting food, stay in the car.
