Ok so I rated 3 stars for this reason. I have dietary restrictions so cant eat 99% of what is on the menu. But my other dining companions wanted to go so I went with it. I had to order a salad which I realize is just not what you order at Bdubs. The salad was not good. Every vegetable tasted the same, kind of like it was all bagged together and sat in the fridge for a few days. The chicken was bland and dry. Probably because its normally covered in one of their awesome sauces. So I do realize its partly what I had to order and partly just not being fresh maybe? I dont really know how to describe it. My boyfriend ordered a burger. He didnt even eat it. My daughter ordered the chicken tenders and got a few sauces to try. Those were delicious. We also had the fried pickles. So the pickles and tenders were awesome. The waitress was very nice and very accomodating. The place was clean, even the bathroom. I would only recommend or go back if you can eat the delicious, fatty, spicy, fried good stuff. Other than that ...eh.

Very bad experience. Staff need to be replaced. No one was in the restaurant except maybe two tables and we told them we were ready to order once we were seated because we have to leave and she said the waitress will be with us and all rude. We waited and no one showed up then we called the person cleaning the floor and asked to have someone take our order and she said like she was surprised ok sure no one has taken your orders?? We said no. She left to the front and was discussing who is supposed to take our order for about 5 min they were trying to figure it out. We decided to leave at this point because we wasted 20 min so far. And when we left no one even bothered to say anything to us or even care. Definitely need to change the entire crew or management if they cant get their stuff together.

Cheap food terribly made , dont let the picture that hamburger fool you they dont look like that theyre just cheap freezer patties that are overpriced and they taste terrible the wings have potential but there inconsistently cooked I go in there several times because its cheap and its on my way home from work but sometimes theyre fully cook sometimes theyre under cooked even when I ask for extra sauce I dont get it half the time I mean its basically a fast-food Wing joint so Im not expecting any Miracles there but when you have places like Bone Heads and Boneyards that are a hundred times better and and the just about the same distance away they really need to step up there game

Very loud restaurant, poor service, unprofessional staff, okay food. Not sure if waiter, Kenny, was training or was just very slow and anxious, but he was fumbling all over the place. There were servers without proper identification in hoodies sitting at soft drink dispenser helping themselves to drinks, there were Starbucks drinks from staff sitting on counter near drink station. Food took forever to come out, server paid very little attention to us. There was a server, Sarah, eating chips and queso while out in restaurant serving tables. So unsanitary. Will not be going back and will certainly spread the word about how poor of a restaurant this is to friends and family.

We have been to many BWW restaurants from CT, RI to MA and this is hands down the WORSE of them all. Was NOT a busy Sunday early evening and service was horrific, NO excuse. Took forever getting our first drink (saw bartender was not busy at all), gagged on food not getting drink refills as waitress never came around, waited forever on food, lots of waitstaff around doing ?!??? We wanted dessert but when slapped with a totaled bill while asking us we high-tailed it out of there and will never, ever go back. Food was also not the best as compared to their other restaurants. This place needs either a new owner or manager, or needs to just go out of business.

Came in the place about 1P.M. Went towards the bar, wasnt too many people around but I like it that way. Barkeep greated me as soon as I sat down ask me what I wanted to drink and gave me a menu. I ordered the Chicken wrap with the Blazzin Hot Sauce and the potato wedges. But before I had the order placed I asked how hot the Blazzin sauce is, so he gave me a sample and you know what, I liked it. So the order was placed and Ill tell you that was a very good sandwich! When this place opened up I came here a few days after the grand opening and since then I come back when Im at the mall. I truely enjoy coming here for a good meal.

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Dartmouth tonight, havent been there in over a year & It was the worst experience Ive ever had. The waitress took 20 mins to even greet us, then another 20 to bring drinks. We waited over an hour for our wings to come out, and two of the orders were completely wrong. Then our waitress tells us shes going on break so someone else is going to be taking care of us....we didnt see him for another 20 mins....after everything she came back and screwed up the split checks and had no clue what anyone ordered! I left there feeling sick. I will NOT be back!!

I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and it was absolutely nasty, i then told the waitress i didnt like it when she finally came around at the end of our meal then she asked if i wanted something else but i wanted to talk to a manger because this wasnt the only time ive had a problem so im all set with buffalo wild wings there was no cheese on the wrap it looked like they just threw it in the microwave.. looked worst then what a taco looks like at taco bell. I was not impressed at all and i still paid for the meal i took only one bite out of unbelievable.

I tried them for the third time thinking it might be better than I remembered. We waited 10 minutes for the server to offer drinks. We then waited 10 more minutes for her to come back for our order. We didnt see her again until I literally flagged her down to request another drink. After 10 minutes she came back just to tell me that they were out of the ingredients for the drink. On top of that, the wings werent really very impressive at all for a place that specializes in wings. Red Robins are 10 times better! I wont be back.

Been here countless times over the past few years, and the owner is a wonderful guy. Unfortunately as can be seen with many of the other reviews, the service is severely lacking occasionally. Have had to wait more than 45 minutes just to order drinks before. Thats really the only thing wrong though, and its highly dependent on waitstaff. Id like to reiterate that the owner is a great guy and this restaraunt works closely with the local university UMass Dartmouth to support clubs and organizations.

Service was mediocre at best. We waited fifteen minutes for our drinks. We ordered an appetizer which never came. We informed the waitress she forgot our appetizer as she brought our wings to the table, and all she said was that she would take it off the bill. We ordered the wings to be crispy with extra sauce. They were dry and overcooked. Also, the last two times at BWW our wings order was 4-5 wings short.
