They served me raw chicken and when I complained they just said okay. They did not offer me my money back or even an apology at the counter. They need to be retrained. And the customer service is also horrible. They are not friendly and act like they dont like their jobs. I will not be going back there the employees made a bad name for the Swampscott location. I could have gotton really sick from the uncooked meat and they did not care.

To be honest, I really love chipotle food, just not this restraunt. The quesidillas are either cooked perfectly or slimy and gross. Not to mention the amount of cheese they put on every single one........ ( too much )

I had a burrito and I asked for wheat tortilla did not have and the sour cream tasted like mayo and no limes no nothing and more expensive than Qdoba!!Qdoba a better option
