Ordered a large chicken cutlet and it was the dryest f#*$in sub Ive ever eatin in my life .. I told them to put mayo and ketchup but I guess they just said f me and sent it to me without any condiments. There fries are by far the worst in Quincy. Soggy , bland , and unappetizing are a few words I would use to describe there food... They are so overrated with a 4.3 rating but they should be rated with 1 star, 1 and a half at most.... I will NEVER order from this place again and I would suggest you people who are reading this review to decide if you should order from here , just dont do it. Your better off with Balduccis, by far better then this trash I consumed today .. Smh

Excellent customer service! Ive never actually been to this place in person, always had delivery, but Ive ordered probably 5 times since Ive lived in Quincy, and Id have to say the man always taking my order is ALWAYS extremely pleasant over the phone, and the person who delivers is always super nice as well. The delivery time is reasonable, probably around 30-40mins, my food is always warm and delicious. For quick/good delivery on a night when I dont want to get out of the house, I can always count on this place for good food and excellent service. Id definitely recommend this to anyone in the area! This place has really good subs, and a wide variety of options on the menu. Their quesadillas are so good, and cheap, and huge! The Sweet home alabama sub is fantastic, and the meat master will make you wonder how anyone could be a vegetarian. They use super fresh ingredients and their delivery people are very friendly. The chicken alfredo ziti is ridiculously good, and the portion size is large enough to get 2 or 3 meals out of it. Totally worth eating at this place. They make your order however you want it, and the owner even tweaks the menu based on what people order so you know what your getting is good.

Food was filling. I ordered an eggplant/roasted peppers panini and the eggplant and other ingredients were good but the bread seemed like just regular bread toasted, not panini bread. I also ordered the waffle fries with chili cheddar, the fries were on the soggy side and the chili was okay. They said delivery would take 40 minutes and it took them about 45 minutes. Overall good choice though.
