Service is very poor. One time my wife and I ordered lunch, and only she received her meal, I asked about my meal and the answer was I forgot to place the order with the chief, like made the mistake. We waited about 6 months and tried again, this time as we walked in waitress behind the bar disappeared for about five minutes, by the time the waitress came back another customer had arrived. The waitress took that customers drink order and gave them a menu, ignored us and disappeared again, at which my wife and I left.

Everything was great about this place. I dont understand why it wasnt busier the food was outstanding. Our service was awesome with Angela taking care of our every request. The fact you can sit separate from bar area is a definite plus too. Frank Sinatra and Glen Miller band playing quietly in background with a nice fireplace to warm the area made for a very pleasant experience. Thank you to the staff at " Aroma ".

Phenomenal service! Even at rush hour. Kids sliders ordered well done- little overdone/ one side burned, child wouldnt eat even after I cut the charred parts off. Pizza crust little hard- even the 6 y/o observed it was a frozen one. Beet salad- great, clam chowder - awesome (little thick), clams- good (breading overpowered the clam). Water-returned, thought we saw sea monkeys. Service brought our rating up

The drinks are amazing. I definitely recommend the Watermelon in the Rye!!! The service was typical of the area I suppose. If you dont have a Boston accent, prepare to be ignored and wait. The food was okay. It wasnt anything special. We got clam chowder and chicken fettuccine. The kids meals actually looked a little more appealing.

Been there plenty of time usually a good exprerience was awful, messed up dinner reservations, throw rolls on table, waited 20 minutes for drinks and got drinks wrong, waited for along time to get meals while other people that came in after us got there meals. One out of five enjoyed there meal!!!! I do give places a second chance!!!

Aroma is truly a neighborhood bar and grill. Lots of local regulars. Food is good and a nice variable menu. The specials change weekly with whats available, and they have really good lunch and early bird dinners. Plenty of pasta dishes, and a nice selection of apps. Try the mahogany wings!

Ordered prime rib. Couldnt eat it. It was like shoe leather. Way over cooked. Wife ordered chicken parmesan. Very generous serving and cooked just right. So I guess dont go for the prime rib.
