On Sunday 08/02, I visited BGOOD @ hingham. This was my first visit and had lot of hope based on my friends review. I had ordered for a Veggie Burger and real fries. After a half an hour wait i ended getting it and took it home for meal. When i opened i see this burger meant 2 bread pieces and patty. No veggies or sauce or lettuce. Fries where even bad, Like some potatoes where smashed and fried. Even though it was late already, I went ahead returned it in Shop and gave them a firm feedback. I was about walk back and some from store called me back to have the charges voided.Here comes the sad part - They tell me your charges are voided, and today when i see account i have been charged and there is neither reversal nor a credit back. I checked the void receipt and i see the receipt mentions change tendered which was never given to me. Receipt Date & time for your video reference - 08/02/2015 07:15 PM. I felt cheated by your shop!! Ref # C403100001. Worst ever treatment in american restaurant. Will never go to this place.

I recently ordered a "Cousin Oliver" and it was VERY under cooked. The meat patty was not up to good quality. The toppings of the burger such as the lettuce was very slimy and rancid. I asked for the person that cooked the burger to report this, and his name was Mark. I tried to talk to Mark, but he instead called the manager out, his name is Johnny. Johnny told me that the burger was of "excellent quality" and that I should "quit complaining". Mark should be fired, because of his obvious lack of cooking and food preparation skills. Johnny should be fired as well because of his complete lack of courtesy and customer service skills. I will NOT be eating here again anytime soon. 1/5

This place is fresh made to order with local ingredients used. The Turkey burger is fantastic. They have a rewards program where you can earn free food also. My only 2 complaints would be that there baby high chairs are installed wrong and are potentially dangerous for a small child as the leg divider what not installed. The other issue is if you give them a big order with a lot of difference toppings on each burger they always seem to mess it up.

I dont know what all these negative reviews are from but they obviously arent eating the same food Im eating. The service here is always the best prompt friendly and courteous couldnt ask for more. The food is always fresh and taste great just like your mom made it. Ive never had a problem with the food here and Ive been going here for a couple months at least once a week. I highly recommend be good. Johnny B Goode!

For a casual fast food chain, the food is remarkably fresh, healthy, and locally sourced. Staff is always friendly and while mildly pricey its worth the extra money if youre looking to get a healthier version of a fast food favorite. My personal favorite is the quinoa bowl and for a casual fast food chain in the South Shore their vegetarian options are quite impressive.

Waited for a simple salad over 20 minutes and when I got up to check, they did not even start it. Ended up getting my money back and leaving. There was 2 of the workers on break and the other 2 workers making the food were chatting up a storm with them. Haha customer service was so pathetic, that I actually laughed. Never again

TERRIBLE! The burgers were all cold but burnt,which leads me to believe they were cooked ahead. The french fries were also cold and in little pieces. The shakes...we ordered four,were only half filled! For a bill of over $50 for 4 people..(2 children) I would expect much better.

I asked for a Kale bowl, and it had hair in it. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I tried talking to the manager, Johnny, about it, but he wasnt having any of it. I decided to leave this review because everyone should know about my situation. I hope the manager gets fired.

I asked for a simple salad, A SALAD and I had to wait for 10 minutes for it. Not to mention the fact that the whole salad looked and tasted sour and putrid. The salad was DISGUSTING. The manager did not provide any assistance to me AT ALL. Terrible manager.

Food was good.... went to sit at the bar area in front of the grill but an employee beat me to the seat. He proceeded to count the registers money on the counter where they serve food! Gross and inappropriate. There were patrons on either side of him.

Johnny gave me very bad customer service. Mark did as well. I am positive that Johnny even spit in my food, because he had problems with me. This is definitely NOT the way a manager should treat the customers.
