I would have to say that I have been going there for over 10 years and I have never waited over 15 minutes for my food. The food is good the atmosphere is your choice because they have it divided; you can be on the bar side and watch sports and play some Keno or you can be on the whole other side where you have a tranquil setting with a koi pond and water feature and Asian inspired art work. Service is always friendly by staff as well as the owner. The value is great and large potions. My choice being #1 you get a huge amount of pork fried rice as well as 3 sides all for about $8. The #1 is so large me and my husband split it and still have some left over.

Okay food can be overcooked and burnt. But during the tourist season be prepared to wait for them to get your order to you. 10 minutes was more like 40 minutes and I waited with only 1 person in line to pick up take out for 20 minutes. Complete disregard for costumer service and not an apology uttered. Something doesnt sit right when 4 workers neglected to ask if I was being assisted.

For a traditional Chinese Restaurant this place is good and consistent. The staff offer great service and a friendly attitude. They do most of their business as take out but I recommend the bar as its never crowded and the service is exceptional

Owner Miss Kim does a great job worth her staff keeping them friendly and consistent. Use Pacific Sails anytime I have family gatherings. Never a problem seating14+ of us with exceptional service

Tired and not very clean. Menu was soiled and booth cushion ripped. I would have overlooked if the food wasnt so awful. Small shrimp and ribs were dry and tasted reheated.
