I have to believe that every other person who wrote a good review for this place has to be a person who works there or someone who owns the place. This has to be some of the worst "Italian" food I have ever eaten. The Italian consulate should sue for misusing the name Italian. We had four different dishes, each one worse than the last. Boiling pasta and then spooning some sauce out of a jar would be considered gourmet compared to the overcooked and still wet spaghetti that came with my entree, which by the way was the worst eggplant parmesean that I have ever had. It tasted like the deep fry at burger king (and not in a good way). The best thing on the table was the french fries, and even they were not that good (who cant make good french fries?!). I cant vouch for the pizza, but I will never find out if it is any good because I would never go back here (even for free food).

So we went to Italian Gardens tonight 10/22/2010. The food was good and the waitress we had was great! But... when we were leaving my brother put on his coat and a mouse had crawled up his sleeve while it was hanging on the chair and ran all the way up the inside of his jacket to his ear and scratched it. The manager was standing right there and didnt even care, they acted like nothing had happened. Were going back to talk to the owner tomorrow since the manager obviously didnt care at all. So besides the service from the waitress and the good food im gonna give it a big thumbs DOWN!!!!!...... Come our check was 150 with tip and the manager just did not care.

Definitely, one of the best Italian restaurants in Baltimore. Every time we go to the mall we make sure to schedule it around lunch or dinner to eat at the Italian Gardens. The pizzas pastas are superb. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is very cozy, not like a typical shopping center restaurant at all. Everything is fresh and home-made style. I took some Italian friends from my college years in Italy. They were very much impressed. Kids love their food too and the price is right. I recommend it to all families and the bar is great if you are on your own. All 5s from me.

The best New York style pizza in the state of Maryland! Im from the Philadelphia area and had the hardest time finding remotely good pizza in the Baltimore metro area. Once I found Italian Gardens I was ecstatic its the only place I will get pizza from now that I live in the area. I would highly recommend the chicken bacon ranch pizza and pepperoni & sausage !

The last time I ordered a pasta dish the sauce was absolutely horrible. It tasted like something out of can that was not completely done. Very disappointing. I have ordered a couple of pizzas that were good--but any Italian place that cant make a decent pasta is not one I will return to.

I love Italian Gardens, they have good food at reasonable prices. Consistently good food, great service, and friendly environment. I go there with my family for dinner and sometimes for lunch with my co-workers. Highly recommended. LOVE THE DESERTS ;-)

Best pasta Ive had in while . I got the chicken penne with vodka sauce and I wouldnt change a thing about it. Me and my family just got home from lunch at IGs, everything from the service to the food was great. Definitely going back!

I loved Italian Gardens until they are started charging for soda refills about 2 months ago. This is as cheap as it gets. You have lost a family as we will not be eating your pizza anymore until your policy is updated.

My family and freinds have been going to Italian Gardens for over ten years and I can tell you it is one of the best Italian restaurants in Maryland. The food is delicious, and the people and atmosphere is fantastic.

Tomato mozzarella app was great. Cant make simple substitutions and the service was terrible. Another couple got up and left since they couldnt get served quick enough.
