Please do not buy any food from this parody of a restaurant. After they tried to sneak in extra charges on my order, they corrected the "mistake" only after placing the blame on me and saying that I did not specify I wanted that specific order size. They did not mention how the size I requested was the only dinner special of General Tsos chicken on the menu. The delivery guy was rude, hardly any time after getting my change back before he says, "No tip??" while holding out his hand. Despite their terrible service, I gave him a 2 dollar tip. The food was absolutely terrible. Whatever it is I ate was not chicken. The crab rangoon was the worst Ive had. The spring rolls I was looking forward to had a big wad of mystery meat in both. When I called back to let them know of the issues with my order, the woman argued with me how my order was correct and that the obvious wad of meat was in fact, "just a vegetable". Unless youre looking for a bad experience, save your money and mood and order elsewhere. I never have had a bad experience so terrible it warranted me to write a review until now. I want a refund but I know that they will find a way not to give it to me. Save yourself, youd be better off going to a gas station or vending machine.

Eat alot. Chinese food in my life time......this has to be the worst of all time. Stayed at Best Western Bwi. Ordered for delivery. I was over charged but did not want to make a big deal. The lady showed up at my room door when I specifically asked them to call me when they get to the lobby. All my springs rolls were uncooked. Call to complain they say they gonna make another order. I told them dont bother. This will be the last time Im gonna order from them and will write this review. HORRIBLE. ..HORRIBLE . Nothing worst then order bad food..this is my second day writing this review. I want to make sure that no more hard earning money is go to waste of this non sense that ppl lies to make their money. The lady that ordered my food has the nerve to complain about her tip. I regret for giving her 4$ tip for 14$ order. The see ppl should have been ashamed of them self for scamming ppl.

Please heed this warning. I had a room at the Springhill Marriott and ordered delivery. I ordered teriyaki chicken and wings. Not only did the delivery driver arrive late but the most disgusting part was the chicken didnt look or TASTE like chicken. It was extremely gross. Please consumers beware of this place. I usually dont leave a review on anything but I dont want anyone who loves Chinese food to change their opinion because of this place.... You have now been warned.

This is my favorite goto spot for Chinese food whenever Im in the area with a craving. I used to eat hear several times a week when I was in college and the food was and still is always top notch. Its a shame there are so many bad reviews but Ive never had a bad experience or meal. I lone the house special fried rice and lo me in. The egg foo young, egg rolls with Shrimp to name a few oh and the soups, hot sour, egg drop, and wonton are all amazing.

I went here because it was close and I wanted soup to help my cold. First off, I had to look at a toilet while I ordered my food. Then every spoon in the container was dirty. I ended up using chop sticks. The soup was so salty I could not eat it. The 3 stars are for the steamed dumplings and sauces. They were awesome. The staff was very friendly. I just need my restaurants to be clean.

Ordered first then I read all negative reviews. Was a little scared but ended up being fine. Got general tso lunch combo. Dirt cheap $5.85 and includes soda. Food was average but definitely not bad. Restaurant was kinda gross itself but seems to be par for the course for most Chinese joints. No eggroll in combo was other gripe, but overall its fine.

Hated it! The egg drop soup was extremely greasy, the tea was old with old lemon/ lime in it.The egg roll was greasy as if sitting for too long, Chicken was overcooked or just tough. I threw up after attempting to eat this meal. Please save your money and time do not eat at this establishment. I had to leave work to recover from this disaster.

I eat here regularly and Im pretty picky with Chinese food. I like them. N theyre def hard workers like another person said. When the blizzard came they were one of few places open. And they were delivering food!!!! Cut the dramatics lol. Its always the angry ppl who post reviews. Just bringing some positivity.

Prices are on par with your average carryout Chinese food restaurant. Which would be fine if the quality was as well. Sadly, the quality is completely lacking. There are many other choices in the area that are comparable in price but blow this place out of the water when it comes to flavor and quality.
