Im writing this review before I even open up my order of food. I placed this order over 50 minutes ago. General Tsos Chicken, Sesame Chicken, Fried Rice, and Egg Drop Soup. Just the most common basic things from a Chinese takeout... typically ready in 15 minutes or so. Their excuse here after waiting 45 minutes, "The egg drop soup is taking a while." Are you kidding me? I could have gone to the grocery store next door, bought the ingredients, and cooked it myself in less time. My family has tried some of the food now. The verdict: very small lukewarm portions, rice is under cooked, fried rice lacks flavor, the egg rolls are barely warm and dripping grease in a pool on the plate. This was a late Sunday afternoon. Not a busy time at all. No excuse to take this long and then serve lukewarm food. Maybe they only have one stove because that egg drop soup sure was hot unlike the rest of our order. Definitely not recommended. The other two Chinese restaurants in this shopping area are better choices. But if you do try here, they have a really good online interface for ordering and they do seem to follow any special instructions you include.

I rate one star only because I have to in order to leave a review. It took an hour and a half for our food to get to us when we were told 30 min. The delivery woman pretended she couldnt do math and said she didnt know how to give us change(that is literally her job). We sat down to eat immediately because we were starving and found out our food was cold. We couldnt even eat the dumplings because they were son old at that point. When we called down to talk to someone about our poor experience we were told to drive the food back for a refund. We ordered delivery for a reason. The man on the phone often chose just not to respond. After spending some time on the phone they offered to drive a new order of dumplings to us *note all of our food was cold*. The dumplings arrived in a timely fashion but by a man wearing an old tank top who also had and attitude. We both work in customer service so we are very understanding but they way they handled everything was terrible, unprofessional and rude. We will never be ordering here again and I highly suggest you just look for a different restaurant when youre craving Chinese.

Been there twice.......food is "ok" but the girl who works the front desk and takes your order is rude, indifferent and also packages food after handling money and re-arranging her hair? The lobby could use a mop, and the table out front is dirty. The kitchen is visible and cluttered. An approx. 12 yr old boy is wandering around both times I have been there. He is obviously related to the workers in the kitchen etc but he is handling items and just playing around in the kitchen. I wont go back.....if I wasnt able to watch them make most of my food, probably wouldnt have eaten it. I am done being treated poorly and the lack of cleanliness is a problem for me

Tonight we had the unfortunate experience of ordering from this place. They gave us the wrong items, and when we called and explained the problem, their solution was for us to eat what we were given. They also tried to say it was our fault since the person we sent to get the order didnt know exactly what we ordered. No apology, no attempt to make it right, etc. When I took the food back for a refund (yet another trip down Mountain Rd.) they were perplexed why I wanted my money back and I had to yell for a simple refund for an order they got wrong. There are so many other options in the area, its mind boggling they are able to stay in business.

I waited for what seems like 7 months for my food. The prices are crazy expensive and this rude lady answers the phone and says "wait". (she had me on hold for at least 10 minutes.) After I finally got to place my order she told me it would be a 45 minute wait, I waited at least 3 times that. I eventually drove down there and asked for my food but the little kid at the register told me they havent even started to prepare it. The place smelled like a farm and there was trash everywhere, I was surprised it passed the health inspection. This is by far the worst place Ive ever eaten. Its not the money and its not worth the time.

This place has the worst costomer service Ive ever seen. The staff is rude in person and on the phone and they are always messin up orders.. Dont order anything after 8pm bcuz its TRASH! Every labor law and code of ethics in the country is being violated in this place. Something really needs to be done here . They have the nerve , as bad as the service is to try and extort Gratuity for delivery purchases, claiming to not have change. Im callin the better business in the morning . Im done with these but holes :/

Food took an hour for delivery. When it did arrive, it was incorrect. We asked for three dinners, with white rice. But we recieved lunch sizes with fried rice. We werent angry at first and called to calmly explain that it was inncorrect. They argued that it was correct and refused to listen to us. We have ordered from this place before and it didnt happen last time. We know what the dinner size is supposed to be. They said we were wrong, refused to fix it, and hung up on us. Poor service

Do not order carryout from this restaurant unless you dont mind your order being over one and a half hours late. We called once after 45 minutes (15 minutes longer than they told us) and a second time after an hour and 15 minutes. Both times they were unapologetic about their extremely bad service. The owners of this restaurant have brought shame upon their ancestors for this awful service. 444.

ordering online is cool except for when you get to the checkout screen and you see the fine text about your CC not being processed online but then on the next screen it adds a online CC processing fee, if your not processing the ccs online then why are you charging people for it.. grant it its only .50 but over the years it adds up to alot of $ getting paid for something your not offering!!!

I use to order from them years ago. The food used to be decent. I just order vegetable and house lo mein, dumplings, and fried wontons. Worst Chinese I ever ate. The food was not fresh and the dumplings were hard with no flavor. I ate a few bites and ended up throwing away everything I ordered. A waste of $30. I will never recommend this place or order from them again.

Food is pretty good but prices are alittle much. Now about cleanliness, the whole restaurant is TERRIBLE, looks like its never been cleaned up front, god only knows about in the kitchen which by the way is visible from the counter. Little 12-year old running the front and taking money, very rude...just snatches it out of your hand and watches the t.v the whole time.

if I can save one person form this horrible experience by reading this. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DISGUSTING PLACE. We ordered chicken and we did not get chicken that is for sure. Our food smelled awful, like it was rotten, we were afraid to eat it. Too bad our regular place is closed on Mondays we would have never tried this place. Never again.
