We LOVE the food, the chef is great. The owner who was working the front(i believe he was the owner) asked how many? I told him two, my wife was en route. He refused to seat me until she arrived "Umm, becruz ,some peoplesay they be right here then not come for some time" with plenty of empty seating in the restaurant!!!!!.I had spent 13 hours on my feet today, and said so, and wasnt standing for this jerk I made certain he heard me loud and clear tell my wife who was two miles away on the phone"were not eating here, not tonight or anytime later" And told this pompous idiot that we wont patron this place again. He had a very indifferent attitude. Very poor customer service

The food was great, and our chef Carlos was fantastic. I am not sure if you can ask for him or not, but do so if you can. He made it a wonderful experience, even the other guest were looking at our table because he was just so much! He was very courteous from the moment he got to our table, aside from being a fantastic chef, he was funny, nice and playful with everyone at our table. He took time to ask questions about us, and share a little about him also cooking at home for his family. Carlos gets 100 stars!

I come here everytime I visit Maryland, normally on Friday for their famous sea scallops that do sell out fast. Jon, the main sushi chef is an artist. My boyfriend and I enjoy our experience every time we visit. Yes its expensive but thats kinda sushi for ya. As far as the person who down rated it because someone told their wife to get off the phone, it IS rude to be on the phone at dinner, more rude towards you than anyone else.

Not worth going to lunch, easier, cheaper, faster to find a Chinese buffet thatll taste the same. No customers eating in during the week projected everyone elses opinion. They voted by not eating here. We really wanted to eat out that day at a little more upscale place than the national American food chains. Dinners are somewhat better in our experience, but not as good as youll find at Japanese steak houses in other areas.

Sushi variety is limited, but quality is very good. Service is usually very good, but they do get overwhelmed at times. One of our favorite Friday night dinning spots. Highly recommend the live scallops on Friday & Saturday nights. Good hot saki too.

July 7, 2017 7pm...party of five walked in, seated right away. I ordered scallop dinner, was excellent, shrimp app, soup, salad, fried rice. Cook was very good, entertaining...i enjoyed dinner and wanted to make sure to give props to the restaurant.

Wednesday at noon we were the only people there. Sushi chef was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Reasonably priced for very fresh fish. Crunchy toro roll and playboy roll were our favorites.
