A go-to spot for lunch when Im in Pax. The staff is super friendly but the service is painfully slow/incompetent at times. The last time I was there we waited ~20 mins before someone realized we hadnt been served... Apparently the ticket was lost. Anywho, there was maybe four other customers inside, give or take, so it was a little frustrating to find out 20 minutes later that they werent even making our food. We put in our order for a second time, which came back wrong on my end and uncooked for my coworker. I sent mine back in hopes for a quick fix (just wanted bacon on my turkey club) but another solid 5 to 10 minutes later my sandwich was returned *exactly the same*. I recommend waiting for your food inside for visibility. But other than the food is pretty legit and affordable.

So, I was on my way to Subway when I noticed that Ritas was gone and was replaced by Showtime Deli. I was actually in the mood for a sandwich and decided to stop by, just to see what was on the menu. Lets just say that the only problem I have is the location and size of the place! While in line, two women immediately made suggestions; I had never heard of the place before! I decided on the Cotton Club. I know; its s simple Triple Decker but my goodness; the ham is SO sweet and right up my alley! Im a simple person, I dont like change so much. But after tasting that sandwich, I want to go back and try everything on their menu!

Food is delicious, atmosphere fun, and service friendly. Portions are LARGE. You may need to unhinge your jaw to take a bite of the overstuffed sandwiches! They need about 3 more people working the counter and grill to keep up with the lunchtime rush... the wait can get long. The parking lot and seating capacity are small. But if youre not in a rush, the food is well worth the wait.

Excellent food and service! We got sandwiches to go. A couple hours later, after hiking a bit in a local park, we sat at a picnic table to rest and eat. The Coo Coo Cluck (chicken salad) and A Star is Corn (corned beef) were delicious, stuffed with all good ingredients and came with a side of yummy macaroni salad and a crisp pickle too. Five star love!

Wonderful to see the next generation of Gelruds making their customers happy again! Its obvious to me that an experienced torch was passed down with new energy and enthusiasm! Place your lunch order early... This place is busy for a reason!

The employees here are so nice, and are very knowledgeable with their sandwiches. The breakfast is awesome, and their speed is amazing! They will make you the best overstuffed sandwiches, and they have an awesome design inside the restaurant!

Meet up here all the time with my family during lunch breaks. This place is cozy and small with very friendly staff. Generous but not excessive portions. Above average diner fare overall and good prices. Cant go wrong here.

Everything Ive had on the menu is delicious. Subs, sandwiches, and the gravy fries too. But best of all the staff is awesome. So friendly and helpful and they make you feel very welcome. So glad to see Showtime is back!
