We really loved their thin crust pizza, and we usually order pick up. The last time we ordered delivery we received the two thin crust pizzas smashed in the box. It looked liked the pizza was either dropped on its side or carried on its side. Pats denied knowing how it got that way and made no offer or refund or apologies or free pizza on our next order. Were looking around for a new pizza place. If we do order pizza from Pats again we will order pickup and inspect the pizza before we pay for it. But there will be NO MORE DELIVERY for us.

They have a wide selection of food to choose from for reasonable prices, which is awesome. I always get cheese steak subs and they are the best Ive ever had. Could only compare the subs to those of Filletis in Dundalk, MD. Once my order was messed up and swapped with another customers. The store apologized and even gave me a free slice of cake for saying sorry. The people there are always friendly and keep the place in good condition. They even have a TV!!!!!!

Make sure you pay with a credit card because if you pay with cash the driver magically doesnt have change. Even though when I called I asked if which would be better cash or credit and they said either is fine. Driver ended up with a $7 tip for going down the street. Plus they charge for delivery. Bread was dry on the sub. Worst food ever. Never ordering from them again!!!! Beware!

I usually get delivered as it is right down the road from where I work and I dont have much time; however, the amount of time it takes for them to travel less than a mile is ridiculous. I understand it takes time to prepare the food, but when its forty minutes for a gyro (ten past the time it said it would be delivered) is just ridiculous. TL;DR: food is good, delivery is SLOW

I love Pats. I think all their food is excellent. The portions are huge and we always have leftovers. Kids love it. I love it. Lasagna and Baked Ziti are wonderful. Salads excellent, sandwiches great. Cant go wrong with such a huge menu.

Amazing food! Delivery wait is always within reason and drivers are incredibly friendly! Customer service is outstanding! Ive never had any problems with this place! My number one choice when it comes to ordering out!

Peter still the best thing they have theyre getting a little skimpy on the cheese like everywhere but overall the pizza is still better than most not the subs Havre de Grace is okay but dont go to Aberdeen Pats
