So I ordered carryout tonight. Went to pick it up and was told a total and then used my $5.00 off coupon and the total was only $1.00 less, so I questioned what I was being charged for and that the coupon took and guy running the register said my total was $35.78, not $31.78 as I had heard it and my new total with the $5.00 off coupon was $30.37. So I paid it, left a tip and then went home and did my own math and called the restaurant back and spoke with Mike who said that it looks like the coupon only took $1.00 off. I told him that when he first rang me out and he said I had heard him wrong. I never did receive an itemized receipt. So Mike said he would have a $4.00 credit on the wall for me the next time I came in. This whole issue could have been avoided had he looked at how he rang it up and properly handled my transaction. Never ran into anything like this at the J&P in Hampstead. I will always have to ask for an itemized receipt as this "person" didnt even take the time to check and see how he handled the transaction when I asked him about it right then and there. Or is that the policy, not to give the customer the full amount of a coupon. Why have the coupons if you are not going to honor them correctly.

Ive only eaten here once so far, on a Sunday night. The restaurant was busy and seemingly short staffed. Service was slow, but the waitress was friendly. We ordered the fried calamari as a starter. It took about 15 minutes to come out and was bland. We werent given any kind of sauce so when we eventually saw our waitress, we asked for some and were given marinara sauce. Our entrees came out and unfortunately mine was wrong. I received a very boring baked ziti, though Id ordered the Baked Ziti Siciliana, which would have been an eggplant dish. Im curious to try the pizza here sometime but wont be rushing back for an eat-in dinner.

Food is bland and not really that good. Then, I was charged an extra $2 to replace one meat with another but they didnt say anything until I questioned the charge, then still left the charge. Unfriendly and impolite for mediocre food: no thanks

Got a pie. Pizza was pretty tasty. The staff... That gets an unfortunate negative rating. Service from the two gals on the floor was lacking/non existent. Ended up getting help from the young guy at the counter.

Great place for pizza! I am so happy they opened up a place in Glyndon. Sauce is excellent. I usually order a side of meatballs so we can dip the crust in the sauce.

Great food, great selection. Only time service is poor is when we get a trainee. Our work crowd eats there at least twice a week.
