Many years ago Krispy Kreme came into Maryland and expanded quickly. I loved stopping there as a kid for doughnuts. Especially when they were hot! When not hot, I always opted for the chocolate iced ones! You wouldnt bear Krispy Kreme! Unfortunately, they all closed and all you could do was buy some not nearly as good ones at convenience stores, until they got rid of them. So, driving through Crofton I see that a new Krispy Kreme has opened! Of course we stopped. And it was way different than before. They now had gourmet coffees, tons of doughnuts on display and doughnut hole options as well. We ordered a dozen. We got a mix of different varieties. Chocolate iced of course, Boston creme, sprinkles and the like. They had a promo where you could get a cup of glazed doughnut holes for $1 if you bought a dozen, so of course we did. They tasted as great as always, maybe better! The only reason I take off a star is that the chocolate iced doughnut needed more chocolate icing. They still tasted great, but the chocolate was certainly lacking.

I was just treated with extreme rudeness by an employee named Lalani at Krispy Kreme at 1149 MD-3 Gambrills, MD. I ordered the first item then she cut me off to rush me to the window. I stated that I wasnt finished and proceeded to order the next item, she rushed and said "will that be all?" Then I went to next item asking about flavored latte, she tells me to pull up and then got smart with me because I said "excuse me by I am not finished ordering, I am asking a question. Do you expect me to run over the truck in front of me?" She then says she cant hear me, of which she clearly could! Another employee comes across the speaker and says " Lalani, not her." I cancelled my order and told her to keep her donuts because she was so rude! Krispy Kreme just lost a lifetime Customer! If your employees do not want to provide customer service, this location will be blackballed by the public eventually. Teach them communication skills and manners before placing them in front of a counter. This experience was truly a disappointment!!!

The young lady named "Tammy" should not be working with customers. I was behind a customer who was eyeing the various donut trays and telling her which donuts he wanted. Like all of us, it takes a few seconds to select assorted donuts. As the customer scanned the donuts, Tammy rolled her eyes and was visibly spitting nails. And she knew that others were watching but had such disdain for the customer that she carried on this way publicly. Oh, this wasnt the first time Ive seen her act out. I simply cannot believe she has a job there.

So, when I walked into Krispy Kreme I saw the cutest display for a donut box. I asked this girl what was the deal, and she told me if you buy the tin its $5 but if you get 6 donuts its $7. I thought was great because I didnt want to buy a dozen, and I got a cute little cookie tin also. her personality was so vibrant and sweet, I hope I see her again, I think her name was lelani, Im not sure. but thank you Krispy Kreme for such wonderful friendly service

What can you say about Krispy Kreme - theyre fantastic. Especially when fresh and hot. Look for the "Hot" sign in the window to indicate theyre baking a fresh batch. You can even download their mobile app and get alerts when theyre baking, so you know when to drive over there for the best experience. Variety, freshness, fantastic taste. Dangerous to the extreme, because theyre so addictive.

I just had the sweetest girl ever at drive thru, bless her soul though cause she lost her voice. We were having a conversation while I was waiting for my drink, and she told me how sweet of a voice I had. Her name was malani, and she just made my first day of the new year. I will definitely be coming back just to see her lol. Krispy Kreme you guys have a keeper.

Was so elated to see this store. I was under the impression that there were no more stores, but boy was I wrong. The store was semi busy but we were waited on within 10mins. There are some decorative doughnuts and doughnuts that seasonal but they do cost more. Best advice its cheaper to get the dozen of doughnuts.

Ordered a small coffee with cream. Sat at window for about 5 minutes while staff stood inside talking. I rapped on the window and asked for a manager. The "manager" told me she had all trainees. Its coffee not calculus. The"manager" does not belong in management. She belongs pushing a broom behind an elephant.

Krispy Kreme...oh how Maryland has missed you! Being a Southern girl, real doughnuts are few and far between up here, so I am excited its opened. But sadly everytime I have been, they still dont have the apple fritter!!! I was hoping it was a fluke the first time. Please add it to your seemingly limited menu.

Took forever for anyone to even acknowledge we were there. There were three people behind the counter and no one looked at us for about seven minutes. Also this is a franchise location, not a corporate location so no free donuts when the fresh donut sign is on. :( Donuts were good though!

Saw the manager out front of store smoking a cigarette, walked back inside after holding the door for me. He walked to the belt where doughnuts were rolling from under the glaze and HE PAT THE DOUGHNUTS WITH HIS NICOTINE HANDS ..... Disgusting! Never again will I eat doughnuts from here.

Went there tonight with my family. They made my daughter some mini strawberry glazed donuts, after seeing her eye some of the regular sized strawberry glazed. She was so thrilled! They were very friendly and the location was clean. Will definitely be back!

This is not a test!!! The Reese pieces doughnut is legit delicious! The doughnuts melt in your mouth and gives you a sugary high. Need a pick me up in the am get combo #1. Staff is very courteous and professional and the place is well kept.

This place blesses the donut Gods, light fluffy, and warm donuts as youd expect off the conveyer frequently here as indicated by the "hot" sign. Great place to dine-in and dig into a box of your favs. Coffee is excellent too.
