We moved to Walkersville about a year ago and have since been looking for the "go to" place for Chinese food and found it finally last night. I tried the lo mein and sampled the sesame chicken and both were full of flavor contrary to another review I read. They actually seemed to take the time to season the meats before tossing them into whatever sauce or dish they are serving it with. Being able to see into the kitchen too was something I liked. I was able to see my meal being cooked and who was cooking it. Another huge plus is their $5 lunch specials and combination options making it affordable along with melt-in-your-mouth good! ^ _ ^

For 6 years we have loved this place. Hands-down the best Chinese food in Frederick and moco. I grew up in moco and they are still the best. I will agree with others that the daughter runs the front desk and answers the phone and they are right, she is not very friendly but having kids myself I learned that you never know someones story. The daughter should have better customer service skills and maybe thats something they can work on but the food is top notch. We always get General Tso, its only made with white meat. The crab rangoons, the shrimp lo mein and egg drop soup are all good!

Great food! Lousy customer service! They allow their 10 year old daughter to work the front counter and answer the phone to take orders. She is as rude and as disrespectful as she can be. They need to stop being cheap and hire someone who knows how to treat and talk to a customer and grown ups. One of these days this little girl is going to get put in her place by a customer.

This is the best Chinese Restaurant I have been to in Frederick. I get the chicken with broccoli and shrimp fried rice, and I must say is has yet to disappoint me. It is a little expensive, but I have had chinese food costing the same and the quality was of no comparsion. I normally do not give reviews but this is one restaurant that I think deserve positive feedback.

We just moved into the area and I went there and asked for a sample of their kung poa chicken. The owner refused, telling me he doesnt give samples. I explained I was new in the area and have a hard time finding good Chinese food and dont you want a new customer. No samples. OK BYE. tired of mediocre Chinese food.

Im taking the time to write a review because I should have paid more attention to the reviews of others. Staff - Not friendly - Curry Chicken.... Well beside the fact that it only had 3 slivers of well beaten meat, and TONS of misc vegetables and dry rice. I will not be ordering from them again. Your choice

on a scale of 1 to 10 i rate this place a 7. a little too expensive, general tso chicken combination platter, one order was $11 , portions were small, and considering the 1 miniature egg roll , the rating comes down to a 5. Tso chicken was good. fried rice not so much.

If your looking of a formal sit down restaurant this place isnt it, but if you are just doing take out, there is none better. The food is consistently good, and the restaurant is always clean. I also really enjoy their vegetarian options.

Whenever we get takeout, we come to Great Wall. This is a small quaint restaurant with delicious food. I recommend the singapore noodles if you like spicy stuff.
