The absolute worse customer service I have ever received. Ordered delivery from this restaurant. Once my food arrived I took it out the bag and it was a mess. Looked and smelled disgusting. Politely called them to let them know the issue and that I would be returning everything I ordered and would like a refund. While speaking, the owner cut me off, started yelling at me, and then hung up on me. I drove down there and ended up getting only half of my money back even though I gave them back all of the food, without eating, or touching, any of it. They are rude, disrespectful, and ignorant. Neither I, my family, or my friends, will be eating here ever again.

Used to like this place until I went inside to order, and the guy that was taking my egg rolls out of the fryer dug up in his nose and wiped it under his arm. When I asked him to wash his hands before he touched my food he took the food out of the fryer anyway so I told him that was nasty and I asked him was his hands and he responded by saying "so what you want your money back?" I told the other people working in there and they just looked at me. I will never go back to this place again

Delicious! Im pregnant and Im not a big Chinese food fan but I ordered their shrimp lo mein, crab cheese wontons, shrimp fried rice, and a soda and everything tasted WAY better than any other Chinese place Ive ordered from around here! They even added some extra stuff in my bag which made me extremely happy :) Ill definitely be ordering here anytime I get Chinese food cravings!

Horrible customer service. Ordered for delivery and when the guy got here the credit card slip had a number written over the original total. I called the store to find out what was happening and the delivery driver told us to go pick up our food next time. For me there wont be a next time. I never order from here and never will again. The good wasnt even that good.

I come from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania to visit Baltimore. This is my first time ordering from here. The food was good. But his attitude and been disrespectful will have bad remarks and very stingy. My bag didnt have napkin and he told me NO! Also was charge 1.50 for a Gatorade meanwhile a customer comes and he charges a 1.00

This Chinese food wasnt edible . Im returning this mess tomorrow. The delivery person wanted to place my order on some ones credit card when I was paying cash. I was then over charged for the delivery. I think they sprayed their kitchen for bugs then prepared my food .terrible! !!
