They have the best mocha but on my last visit I saw flies all over the pastry. I told the manager and she didnt look suprised at all. Me and my family were suprised they serve food that had flies on it. After we sat there for 20 mins ww saw the guy putting a plastic cover and saving it for the next day. I had to call him and ask is that the same pastry that had flies on it? His response: Yep! Damn I feel bad for who ever stop by here to grab something. On top of their bad altitude I dont need to eat contaminated food. Come on! Now I see why its already dead slow and no business at this location. There is so much option in the mall I dont need this kind of mess. Any 5 star review u see here is very fishy! Stop by to see what Im talking about.

I just came in to check it out. The attendant is very abrupt and seems annoyed that I am asking questions about the ice drinks. There barely anyone here so not sure y she seems annoyed. She hands me the menu. I review and asked for I certainly got chocolate. She charges Mt credit card and leaves me. Am I suppose to get a receipt? Should I go pickup my drunk somewhere? Nothing. I pull my receipt from the cash register since its still sitting there. This places customer service is colder than its drink. I walk over to the bar and another person hands me my drink promptly. Would NOT recommend someone to come here. Employee does not want to be there.

No Go !! As an Israeli who misses the flavors of home I had to check this place out. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. theyre way too slow, got our orders wrong every time, and charged so much money for breakfast items... We ate there 5 days in a row (just cause the girls had nothing else to eat) 5 people, 30$ each...thats 750$ that we spent and still had to fight and argue the manager over extra bread for our order... Not coming back !!!

This place can accommodate gluten free folks -- one of the great gluten free locations at Montgomery Mall (Im dating myself, not sure how the young uns call this place). The food is great. I like the Halumi salad. One of the few places that the entire family can go to and actually have options that satiate everyones hunger. Customer service is very good. They get the whole gluten free thing which few do in the area unfortunately.

Must have been an off day, staff overwhelmed by holiday shoppers, because not much went right during my most recent visit: everything from the cashier to the actual meal & coffee were missing in action, not properly cooked or short ...very disappointing visit to a place I used to frequent, mostly for the quality of service and the excellent range of choice on offer every day.

This is one of the better places to sit and enjoy a coffee drink and some food too. Drinks are perfectly made and come with a small chocolate square to nibble on! They have a good selection of coffee drinks, lunch and snack items to choose from. The place is quite hip for you to hang around with your coffee.

Very nice expresso bar. Excellent expresso and other coffee drinks (heavy duty professional expresso machines I gleaned). Food here is fresh (sandwich based for the most part). Pleasant staff as well. And during this World Cup they showed soccer! (bonus points)

People working there are idiots and cant track orders. Waited 3 0minutes for 1 sandwich which they kept on forgetting about. Not even a free coffee or something as a sorry. Good food but stupid people.

Food isnt good. Ordered french toast that are disgustingly soggy. Ordered a chocolate roll pastry that doesnt taste good either. Nice people working but It is not good. Save the money.
