For being one of Baltimores alleged "best" Korean restaurants I was not too impressed. Maybe this is 4 or 5 stars worthy when looked at in a Baltimore-only bubble, but you can do much better if youre willing to leave the city a bit. Baltimores Asian food has consistently disappointed me almost without fail and this place continued that trend. Perhaps my buddy and I ordered the "wrong" things but what we received was definitely not worth the price.

Ive gone here many times, and Ive always had pleasant service from kind waitstaff and delicious food. If I were to go for just Korean bbq, I would go to a different spot with bigger tables--I like eating Korean bbq with a large group of friends and at tables with the charcoal grills, which I dont think Nam Kang has--but if Im in town and I just want some dol sot bi bim bap or some bulgogi, Ill go here.

Always a pleasant experience.. sometimes when Im ill I crave for their kalbi tang, which is a beef brisket soup. Their Dol bab is sooo good too.. you can always stumble in here after a late night out, the food is hangover friendly.

One of my favorite restaurants, sober or drunk. Excellent food, lovely and prompt service, killer bathroom tiles. My only complaint is the slippery metal chop sticks. Thats seriously it.

Pretty good-not great-Korean food but pricey for a weekend lunch. ($86 with tip for 2 adults and 2 toddler). Fried dumplings and pancake were very good. Bulgulgi and noodles were average.

Nam Kang is always awesome. I have been here many times over the years with a variety of folks and everyone has loved it! Friendly service and a reasonable price!

I wouldnt recommend this restaurant. The food is just so so. But the service is extremely slow. There are better Korea restaurants nearby to go.
