the food at Dinos is good to me I have a bit over the years several times I dont go there often but I go there enough however the customer service stinks ass they are always rushing you recently I google them to place an order when I seen that it said you can have it delivered when I call to have my order delivered the man said we dont take deliveries and hung the phone up in my ear when I called back to tell him that I was trying to place an order when he abruptly hung up in my ear he told me he didnt care he was too busy to take my order and that since I want to take out if he wasnt taking my order I said sorry you didnt even take the time to see if I wanted to place an order to pick it up myself you said I dont care and hung the phone up on me once more again with customer service like this I could care less how good the food is I would not spend my money in a place that can not respected cuss the proper way to handle customers is not like that if they dont take if they dont make deliveries that he should have said we dont make deliveries would you like to order your food so that you can pick it up and then once I said no thats when he should have hung up but you just hang up the phone and someone it is very rude I will not eat from there and waste my money there are plenty of places in Baltimore to get the food from

Called to place an order at night, the guy who i was talking to barely understood english & hung up on me. Finally, after 3 more calls with him picking up the phone i got through to him what i wanted. He said it would be ready in 10 mins. I get there & he says they have no more...smh i wanted to jump over the counter because i was pissed he had me come that far for nothing. I watched how they treated the customers in front of & it seemed like they were happy to take our money but treat us like crap....never eat there if u can help it.

Small Italian place with a variety of pizza, pasta and salad options. The atmosphere was conducive of am Italian place. First we went when it snowed and the parking lot or walk ways were not treated. Second the prices are a little high, but expected for being in Baltimore and next to the hospital. Third the salad that I ordered (chef salad) was horrible. The meats and cheeses were dry and the lettuce was wilting away. Never will I order a salad from here again. The other food that I saw (but did not try) looked good.

I wish that I could rate Dinos as a zero star restaurant. On the up side, the food is great. On the down side, I eat here once or twice a week (about 20 total) and I have yet to be able to just pick my food up and leave. every single time that I have ordered food from here they either forget half of the order or they do not put the correct toppings on my food. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING FOR THAT REASON ONLY!!! Which make me madd because its a nice place to eat at. BY DINOS!!!

The customer service is absolutely terrible as stated from other reviews. I tried to call in a order for pick up, and they told me that they were too busy and are not taking orders through the phone and hung up on me. The workers there are extremely rude. This is not a way to run a business. I dont care how good the food is, with customer service like that, I would rather take my money else where. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Dinos Carryout Restaurant is clean, courteous, and they are quick! Last night Spaghetti with Meatballs and cheese ROCKED best, I ever had from a Carryout Restaurant in Baltimore large portion the Italian bread not too good but you don’t need it to be full. first impression was above my expectations. I shall return. Excellent wholesome Italian dinner Bargain priced - bring your appetite.

Quick cooks. Quick service. Hard working guys who get your orders right. Food is tasty. Very good choices of meals. Pizza is very good. I watched a cleaning guy change the cooking oil and hand clean the deep fryer. I loved it. The oil is fresh, so that helps for your food to taste fresh and your not consuming bad l, old , dirty fried oil in your system. I go there often.

The worst customer service, everybody frowning, no smiles...the meanest looking folks I ever brought food from! The prices are high, no deals at all....Plus check your food before leaving, they always forgetting something and as long as that take to make it...my goodness. Not planning to go back at all! I wouldve hated it...but hate is such a strong word, lol.

We frequent here all the time! The chicken salad is delicious. The customer service isnt the best. When you call they are the worst. They take your order over the phone and rush off because they dont really take your order is just best to order in only. They just started deliveries with order up so hopefully that helps.

Order through grubhub order was incomplete and I also tipped them the driver went back to get the rest of the order and was told that they were closed and that was only 5 minutes after closing. I will never order with this service again! I feel robbed! And like I said I even tipped them through the service. LIVID!

The best thing about this restaurant is that it is open till the wee hours of the night. Its good for when you forgot to eat dinner and you realize that it is after midnight. As for the food, it is mostly so-so, but they have some amazing, freshly baked cakes, so definitely take some home with you!

My boyfriend use to go there for his lunch breaks and took me here for like one of our first dates the service is great and they give you so much food. Me personally has never finished a meal from there because its to much!! Lol but they arent over priced or over populated I love it!!! :)

The service here is awful, and even worse when you call to place an order at which point I was hung up on. Then, I had to stand in a long line while my preordered food food got cold. Perhaps they should get a second register to better service clients that order for pick up

Dino s restaurant is the best place in baltimore city I always leave from there with a full stomach and a big smile on my face. The quality food and the fast service makes the difference at dino s. Keep up with the good work because we need clean and quality food. Thanks

Ive had the grilled chicken salad and that was great but to say the least alot of the stuff ive tried has been pretty bland/favorless things i feel you shouldnt be able to mess up like fried chicken or subs ive kinda avoided ordering anything from them salad aside

everything that I have ever had has been very good. portion comparable to prices. The place is alway clean or being cleaned. the day shift crew rocks at customer service but the night shift guys leave ALOT to be desired! Overall Dinos hits the spot.
