Panera is a great spot to stop and get lunch. It is somewhat healthier than other fast stop locations, mainly because of better ingredients and portion control. This location is the best Panera Ive been too. Its always clean inside and I feel welcomed when I walk in the door. The staff has always been friendly (I frequent Monday-Friday lunch hour). The salads are excellent. You get a sizeable portion and they are low in calories (compared to most restaurant salads). My favorite is the Thai chopped chicken salad. They add chopped peanuts and a peanut sauce which makes the salad great. The soups are also excellent and relatively low calorie (unless you get it in a bread bowl- which is obviously the yummier way to go). The sandwiches have left something to be desired. Ive tried a few of them now.. the asiago steak and cheese, the chicken caeser, etc.. and none of them have been worth writing home about. They seem too small and do not have enough filling. For the money, Id rather have a large filling salad. Now the pastrys and breakfast foods are a different story! They are huge and decadent. However, I try to avoid even making eye contact with the display case because my reason for going to Panera is trying to eat a healthy meal! Stop tempting me with your delicious treats Panera Bread!! I hate to say it, but the food was awful. This is the only Panera Bread that Ive had issues with. I ordered half of a turkey BLT with avocado and half of a sesame seed salad with chicken (it was a combo special). My BLT sandwich was very bland and the bread was dry and tough. The turkey tasted a bit funky and even the avocado was hard and obviously not ripe enough! The bacon, at least, was good. My salad unexpectedly had small bits of tortilla chips in it which I enjoyed, however the salad dressing wasnt tasty nor was the chicken fresh. Even my mothers meal was off. The bread on her sandwich was tough and the veggies were all scrambled and mixed in with the sauce. I would eat at a Panera Bread again but certainly not this one!

Service was horrible. I waited for my latte and bear claws and it never came then when I went to pick up the sandwiches and asked for my latte they said you have to wait at the other counter which I had already waited at and never got. Then when they gave me the sandwiches it was missing the ham and cheese. He said he was going to make the ham and cheese then when I grabbed it and took it back to the table it was in a bag and when we opened the bag it was soup and a baguette. The manager was very nice and gave us desserts but still that was ridiculous!!!

We got there and they were rushing us out of the store because they wanted to go home. When we got our food the sandwiches were not grilled like requested and the pasta was cold. They should treat every paying Costumer the same. I would expect that service from a fast food restaurant not a place like this.

Found the layout for order pickup a bit claustrophobic (SP?) Considering that the location as a whole is pretty open. Has always been very busy while I was there and loud. Do offer outside seating. Not a place I opt for often.

Overpriced and understuffed. Used to enjoy the place but the sandwiches have definitely become no-starters. To paraphrase, wheres the meat? The bakery section, on the other hand, is still worth the trip.
