Somehow my review got "lost" so I will write another one. The customer service is absolutely terrible. It used to be great and the food is great but the person that they have in the front now is extremely disorganized, confused and very rude. I called 25 minutes ahead so that it would be ready because I was on my lunch break. When I got there, it wasnt ready and she said, "Just sit down honey". I explained how long ago I called and asked her not to call me honey. She starts screaming at me and ranting. This went on for quite a while. She went in back and kept screaming. She finally brought me the food and THREW the bag at me and said, "go, go.............you are so busy!!" I was disgusted. Its too bad because the quality of the food is good and all of the other customer service people they have had have been great but unfortunately she has ruined it for me and many others.

Wow! I dont mean that in a good way. Our favorite restaurant Thai Me was closed so my husband and I decided to try Koi for the first time. I have never been so disappointed. We got the house rice. I couldnt tell if the chicken was chicken or shrimp and it had no flavor. I couldnt tell if the pork was pork or beef and they had no flavor as well. The chicken tempura was chopped and formed and bland. And the rice and egg rolls were beyond greasy. Even the salad was disgusting. We literally tried one bite of everything and threw the rest away. It was a horrible waste of $35. How do u call and say that it was all gross and be compensated. U really cant. So we just threw it all away and ordered a pizza. I will never ever eat from there again. U couldnt pay me to order food from Koi. Thai Me is 100 times better. Much bigger portions and so much flavor. Its the best.

I ordered Pad Thai through their free delivery service. The food arrived in a timely manner and was warm, though otherwise not very good. This was by far the worst Pad Thai I have ever had and I have sampled Pad Thai at many restaurants throughout the northeast of the US. The "Pad Thai" was simply noodles with a few peanuts and bean sprouts, which doesnt really qualify as Pad Thai. They also provided a rotten lemon and a rotten lime with the dish. We also ordered an appetizer of scallion pancakes. They were deep fried which was pretty gross. We ordered an egg drop soup which was off color and tasteless. The whole meal also came with complementary deep fried dough in a bag which was gross. A family member reported to me that the "lobster" made him almost vomit before he spit it out.

This place used to be good, new owner is a useless human being. Sat down and grabbed a beer, waiter came back and asked if I had ordered. I ordered custom maki, smoked salmon, cucumber and avacado in a maki. Three of them. Theyve always done this but an additional 2 bucks or so a roll. He wrote it down and walked away. Owner came to my table to take my order again despite me explaining I already ordered. I had no idea what she was saying and then she tried to tell me it would be 15 dollars per roll. Absolute joke, walked out. Been going there for years never again. Also its 94 degrees outside and they have one stand up ac to cool a whole building. It was a sauna in there. Avoid this place.

As a local this is my favorite place to go out to eat. Dont be fooled by the outside appearance, this is place is very nice inside and the staff are very attentive and friendly. They just opened last September but Ive been there 4-5 times and had a great experience every time. Eat in instead of take out! they have a very cool seating arrangement and present the food beautifully. I recommend general tsos and the orange chicken, my friends who are sushi gurus say that the sushi is really good here, also, I recommend the seaweed salad off the sushi menu!

When I first started going here it was by far the best food anywhere. Since the management changed the quality has suffered. Seems to be the same recipes but in no way done as well. I ordered delivery of pad Thai and beef teriyaki and when it arrived the need sticks were so dry they had to have been from the day before and the pad Thai looked like someone jyst tossed it in the container from across the room! This place has all the potential to be the best they just need to go back to the way it was when they cared

This is the best Asian restaurant in the area, however they have a 5 page menu in Chinese, Japanese, Thai even though the staff are Korean. The food is good but the restaurant location has been 3 restaurants in 5 years, which is probably why no one has heard of the latest, Koi. I wish the owners would pick a niche to focus on that way the atmosphere would be busier.

Just delicious and so much more. Ive eaten at Koi and have had over 15 deliveries to my home and be it the sushi, Chinese cuisine, soups and appetizers? The Koi restaurant has served me abundant flavor and given me extra soy sauce and wasabi, what more could I ask for? Nothing. It is just great.

Absolutely the best sushi ever! I found this place while at college and fell in love. Incredibly reasonable prices and extreamly delicious fresh food. Even the pad thai is great. I eat here at least twice a month. Never had one bad experience in 5 years and that is hard to come by.

Koi has a very relaxed atmosphere..the waitstaff is excellent and the sushi is phenomenal. My compliments to the chef for making fantastic presentations when it comes to the sushi. I brought a friend from ri and she LOVED IT!!

My experience is limited. I always order Chinese food, delivery, and I place my order online. But I can say the food had always arrives quickly, and it is delicious. I will totally continue ordering from here regularly.

The only negative is that the portions are on the small side, but besides that, the food was delicious! It was all fresh, and full of flavor! We will definitely be going back!! Best chinese food in town, by far!!
