This is by far the worst place I have ever eaten. Dont try going here if you have timed plans afterwards. Youll be severely late due to BBWs horrible, slow, and rude service. And if you like your food cold and scarce, youll love it there. An order of french fries took nearly 20 minutes to arrive, and when I did finally get them they were burnt and hardly filling the plate they were in. Also, dont count on refills because your server isnt getting you any. This was not a one time occurrence either, Ive been there a few times and the story never changes. Buffalo Wild Wings is the most poorly managed place Ive ever been to. And there was one little waitress my husband and I actually got great friendly service from, but I was told she had been let go. Isnt that a joke? My family will not be returning.

I will never eat here again. We stood at the "wait here to be seated" for 5 minutes while several employees walked past us and ignored us. We were the only people waiting. Finally we just sat ourselves. After ordering a 10pc wings and a 15pc wings, we waited 25 minutes for our food. Only 6 other customers. The wings were good but extremely over priced! My bill was $23 for a 10pc and 2 mixed drinks. My buddies bill was $24 for a 15pc and 1 beer. Ill take hooters any day over this place. The only employee that was doing their job was the bartender. She was great. The rest were all kids playing on their cellphones paying no attention to the few customers that they had. Never again.

Sometimes you can get a good burger there. The food is not prepped with any sort of care whether there are many patrons seated or not. The staff is ridiculously bad. Apparently youre on a one beverage maximum and any condiments not on the table, be prepared to ask for at least 3 times. This was my 3rd trip all with the same results. There are other wing/barbecue restaurants in town within just a few minutes of Wild Wings. Id suggest trying one of them.

Im in town on a trip, and was looking for a bar to have a drink. I saw there was a BWW here on my places app. But it had bad reviews. So I was kind of scared to come here. But I did, and it was excellent service, food, cold beer. I say that the old reviews were a bust. And u should look it up if ur in town.

Server forgot I existed. Had to go ask for my food after I paid for it. Watched several hand to hand drug transactions occur in the parking lot and wife went to payless shoes afterwards. Only positive was XM radio was hitting and I did not have to hurt anyone to keep myself safe.

Waited 30-40 minutes this visit for food. Last time I called in my entire order for take out arrived to be told they had forgotten my order. Then it took an hour. If someone is giving them 5 star reviews its the people that work there. The worst Buffalo wild wings in the USA.

This place SUCKS. They are slow as Hell. Rude and annoying. I see why the wait staff complains of no tips....which they care not who they speak to....they are HORRIBLE. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. Food isnt even good. Cold. Wrong. Carelessly put together. Not ever AGAIN.

Worst service ever!!..Went here for lunch with a buddy...waitress are horrible..the beer on tap was flat..took forever took get a beer and our food order..I could understand if it was busy..but it was slow when we came..never comeing back...

The service is horrible. I went in and ordered to go and they said 15 min. And it took 45 until I finally said I want my money back . Then they have my food . Its only 14 wings . rediculous!

The staff was attentive, our waitress refilled our cups frequently and made sure to apologize (even though Im the one who read the menu wrong) when I couldnt get what I wanted.
