By far the best rainbow roll Ive ever had! Not only are the prices more affordable than the competitors in the area, but the sushi is simply fresher-tasting. My boyfriend and I had the rainbow, the spicy tuna, and the fresh salmon rolls. Everything was impeccable. The masago was maybe a bit skimpy on the fresh salmon, but the great cuts of fish made up for it. The asparagus in the rainbow was perfectly crisp, but just soft enough to easily mix with the sushi. The service is good, the restaurant is fairly clean, and Ive never seen them busy, so the service is always on point. (This is the third time Ive been here.) They even give hot wet naps to clean your hands with at the beginning of the meal. The ambiance leaves a little to be desired, but the quality and price of the good and service is worth the five stars. All around the best sushi Ive had in a long, long time!

If you want an honest opinion from people that eat sushi on a regular basis, then this place is pretty sad, I do like the decor though! Arrived at 11pm as soon as the doors open noted the special limited time boiled crawfish sign by the door they were out... wanted a el roll they were out... got cold soup and browning salad. My roommate took two bites of his louisian roll left it alone. My other roommate received perfect salmon sushi while mine was dry and aged. This place makes hello tokyo look like 5 stars but Ill give it two for excellent service.

Were from out of town and found this on Google Maps showing high ratings so we thought wed try it. We found out why. Food is delicious! Staff is friendly and competent. Place is nice & clean here. And from the lunch menu, you can pick 3 items to go with your sides. Wow! Were going back for more!

This restaurant is one of my favorites in the area. Its local, its delicious, and the service is great and as an added bonus, Kevin is awesome! They have gone out of their way several times to make sure our dining experience was top notch. Great job and thanks, Ikura!

THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!! My family loves it here, the food is great, and the waiter (Kevin) is very kind. We go so often, my grandpa even got a sushi roll named after him-the GB roll-you need to try it. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The service was really good but Ive been here 3 times & the sushi isnt good. They use way too much rice, hardly any filling at all. It was like biting into a ball of rice, cant taste any of the stuff inside.

Very friendly service. Some dishes take a little longer than others, but everything tastes fantastic! Convenient location too, Im glad I dont have to drive all the way to Baton Rouge to get good sushi. :)
