Apparently Andrew Mason the "manager" doesnt mind if you get home and are missing part of your order. Simple enough, oyster dinner please add cocktail sauce. When the food was handed to me, I asked "are both tarter and cocktail sauce in the bag?", response is yes mam. 25 minutes later finally get home and no sauce. Not a huge deal in life, but I dont eat oysters without it. I spent $9 for a meal, Im not driving all the way back out. So I call to let them know. This "manager" is like well its just cocktail sauce! Is there anything else I can do for you. I ask if hes really the manager? And its not sauce its $9 at the end of the day Im exhausted and want to eat and be with my family. In the background the peanut gallery yells, "its just f-Ing cocktail sauce... Soooooo wow! Totally unprofessional. Who responds like that? The owner needs to push the restart on that night crew! Im a business owner, Id fire both of them, the manager and the foul mouth. In no way would I ever tolerate this type of customer service. Mistakes do happen. But its how you respond that makes you and your company.

*** TERRIBLE - WORST MEAL EVER!!! *** <<<<<<<<<<<<<< THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS!!! >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Ordered a Whale of a Sandwhich Meal ... Received the 2 smallest, burnt pieces of fish I had ever seen. There was also no bread in there and I had ordered wheat bread. There was also "maybe" a half of a handful of the worst, burnt french fries I had ever seen! This was a take-out order and I opened it up when I got home. So DISAPPOINTED :( I should have known when I drove up and the parking lot was empty... My cousins own all of the Moby Dicks in Louisville and you cant get into their parking lots! AGAIN, THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE CHECKED BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND CLOSED FOR BUSINESS - PERMANENTLY!!!

12 year olds run the business the worst service ever... Now on 4/20/16 can you get any worse!!!!!!!! What the heck is wrong with the management REALLY so I guess it is ok if BAD service is given if the person is related to the manager really!!!!!!!! You need a reality check no one should have to drive 10 plus miles back to get the order right. But apparently management at this location can careless. I will be sure every business and family in the area knows HOW AWEFUL you are. Trust me as a parent and a person that lives in this community I think the owners should able to be enough to deal with this situation. This is not over enjoy. Since the rest of us cant enjoy our expensive meals!!!!

My husband went to Moby Dick in Taylorsville, KY today (Aug 24, 1016) and ordered a fish plate and a shrimp plate, with onion rings. They told him they were out of onion rings. OK, so fries. When his order came up he got a fish box for two, no shrimp at all. When he questioned it they said they were out of shrimp, even though he had paid for shrimp. Disappointing, to say the least. They should have told him they didnt have shrimp from the get-go, especially before charging for it. I like the fish but on this day I wanted shrimp. Very disappointing.

The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The food was good, but not outstanding. Our fish was a little crisper than I would have liked, but it was okay. The onion rings were not as plentiful as I would have liked, but they were also good.

Workers dirty, long hair, diety clothes, filthy place shoes stick to floor, blinds shut, just nasty, was suppose to be a Birthday lunch, we walked out never ordered, never be back again.

If youre getting takeout, just make sure you check your receipt before you leave the restaurant. They will definitely not make any corrections to your order even if they make a mistake.
