Ive had some some bad showers on the road before but this was the worst. The water was barely warm and the shower was filthy. After the patron before me finished his shower the employee went to "clean" the shower but just put in new towels. While I was taking my shower it looked like the grout between the tiles was flaking until I looked closer and realized it was mold, coming from everywhere. Even the ceiling was collapsing in there. I only stop at pilot/flying J but I WILL be avoiding this place like the plague. Also one of the cashiers was smoking behind the register but thats none of my business.

Crappy ownership! The employees are doing their best, but corporate cant be bothered to even give them the appropriate staff allowing each person to take their legally required break without one person then having to run two departments at once! Disgraceful.

Clean bathrooms with real flowers on the vanity. Not many choices for an 18 wheeler to park for an overnight stay. Perfect for a break, fueling up, and lunch. Game area was cool. Lots of seating and a few tables in front of a tv.

theyre two pilots at this exit. the one to the west sucks, always nasty, and the staff seems severely inept. the one to the east is marginally better, but the parking lot is abhorred.

Clean showers, plenty of fuel bays. Restrooms need cleaned more often, otherwise not bad. Huge truck parking across the street and the Cheap Tobacco shop, 150 plus spots.

Parking....there is lots of parking in a quarter mile radios. I really dont see a time when there is no where to park among the 4ish options. Tons of spots in the pilot.

Tried 2 get shower with wife. Ans they argued about extra towel and wash cloth. Jad to have. Wife come out to prove it. Also showers have green mold on drains

Great service. Plenty of parking. Even after 8pm at night still plenty of parking. Good WiFi service. Showers are very clean. Employees are very helpful.

This is a review for Subway. If you want uncomfortable starring, high and sloppy employees this is the Subway to go to. The food tastes bad too.
