My experience with the Cedartown Dairy Queen was awful. I went through the drive thru and I sat there for a few minutes and was never acknowledged, so I pulled up to the window to get the employees attention. I could see the overweight redhead messing around the cash register and the other overweight dark headed girl was sweeping and playing on her phone. Both girls saw me waiting but kept screwing around until I started yelling "hello!" and waving my hands. The dark haired girl rolled her eyes and came to the window to take my order. Normally I would have driven off after delivering a few choice words, but I drove to that Dairy Queen from Piedmont Alabama and I didnt want to feel like I wasted my time. So I ordered my first item and the girl got real b*tchy and told me they didnt have that anymore. I was asking the person I was ordering for if they wanted something else when the employee huffed and slammed the window. So we decided to order something else and once again I had to holler and wave my hands to get the employees attention as they were laughing and dancing on the black male employee that came up front. This time the overweight redhead came and slammed the window open. She didnt say a word, she just looked at me like I was stupid. I began to tell her my order when she cut me off telling me they dont have what I was asking for AGAIN, even though the item was displayed on the menu. Finally I just ordered a blizzard and a brownie bliss or whatever its called. Once again the window was slammed. I watched them make our order and the redhead brought it to the window and handed it out. I was about to take it when she jerked it back, saying she forgot to tell me the total. She totaled it up and handed the bags out to me. I snatched the bag and threw a 10 in her face and left. I would NEVER recommend going to this Dairy Queen...the so called employees are rude and nasty.

I and my wife went in to get a Mr Misty(I know they call them something else now) the girl at the register was new and asked another girl about it and the other girl fixed it and brought it up to the counter.it was a strawberry kiwi.I had asked for a plain strawberry. The girl that had fixed it said you couldnt taste the kiwi.I said I didnt like kiwi. She tryed to make me take it any ways.at that point I told her that I wanted strawberry not kiwi and wasnt taking it .she then just set it on the counter and walked off ignoring me.I asked for a manager. The manager said that she wasnt on duty and wouldnt talk to me and said the rude girl was acting manager and I could deal with her and then she walked off.The original rude girl just stood there looking at me and then yelled to the manager that she didnt know what our problem was.I then asked for the owners info or a corp. contact number.I got it then got ignored again. They obviously dont want or need our buisness and the rude manager is a relative of the owner .so dont bother trying to talk to them.. We will not be going back there.Ive been eating at DQ since I was a kid Im 45 years old.

We came to this Dairy Queen last night (5-26-16/ We decided to go the drive-thru at 8:15 pm. We had to wait 10 minutes before a young girl took our order. There were 3 cars in front of us at that time. We waited, waited and waited about an extra 25 minutes, no body was moving. There were cars backed up around the building to the front entrance. I used my cell phone to call inside of the store to see why it was taking so long. A young hispanic girl said, "We had so many orders." I asked her to get the first car at the window to move up so we can get out of the drive-thru. When they did, 2 cars in front of us left too. We saw a young black girl hanging out the drive-thru window talking to the first car. If they were so backed up why was she standing there talking to her friends. They lost several customers last night. I dont see how a business is going to stay open if they can not get good help.

This place is dirty. The last time that I went I saw a female employee sitting at the parking lot smoking a cigarette. I know people who smoke cannot go one second without thinking about smoking so I understand that this lady just had to get a smoke break. I just wish that this lady would have done it somewhere that wasnt in front of the door, in the middle of a parking spot. Next, when she saw me and my friend get off the car she put out her cigarette, touched the floor with her hands to prop herself up and walked inside. My friend and I were right behind her and I saw her go behind the counter and put on some hand sanitizer. Then she started making someones order. She didnt even wash her hands. Disgusting. As soon as I saw that my friend and I walked out. I wont ever go back.

I wish i could give less than 1 star, horrible service, i was yelled and cursed at, the window was slammed in my face serval times after Id paid and it was clear they werent going to give me my food or money, i had to walk inside and ask every employee for the managers number, not one of them complied. Finally the cook gave me the wrong number, the employee that cursed at me quit, i got the right number of the manager and he wouldnt give me a way to contact the owner. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Ill never go here again. Ive just read the same thing happening to other ppl. It will be my mission to close this place down. Calling health services and better business Bureau today.

If only I could live on ice cream alone... My favorite is a mint oreo Blizzard. This place is the sweet treat Haven. The burgurs are good too! And they dont serve their food in a bunch of nasty styrofoam, opting instead for paper products which decompose almost as quickly as a peanut buster parfait. Each time I come here I am greeted by smiling workers who deliver a cool, sugary gladness.

I wish you could put a minus star on here. Avoid this place they have no manners, the service sucks a guy that took our order had his hat turned backwards pants sagging so u could see his underwear. Bottom line I could on and on about this but the owner must really not care what happens here... Stay away

Small bowl of ice cream...extra large price. Nothing special about it. I could scoop it out at home, and drizzle little chocolate on it, a lot cheaper.bad when our granddaughter told us buy ice cream cause they cant cook. Shes 10 yrs old.

On the good side, the ice cream tastes good, but that really doesnt overcome the dirty floors, sticky tables and poorly-mannered employees. This is not a pleasant place to eat and sadly, its par for the course in Cedartown.

Spent 15+min in the drive-thru, with only 2 people ahead of me.
